Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Singaraja, Banyuasri

pros : the villa was very homey. we booked 3BR villa, one of those room is separated from the main room (tv room and pantry) and two other rooms. it was okay, no big deal. equipped with an umbrella each room (which is a good point since April still in the rainy weather), very nice-scented towel and linen, clean cutleries and cooking equipment. the yard was breathtaking and spacious, the pool water was warm, you'll find a fishpond and dogs, very suitable if you have kids or to chill by the pool :D cons : let say you'll find a hidden gem villa. getting closer to the villa, the road is getting smaller and might only fits for one car (but the car park is very spacious, dont worry). when i get there, it was rained heavily so the road was flooded by rainwater. so we decided to stay in the villa during the night. overall, this villa was beyond our expectation. too bad we only stayed for one night, since it was very far from Denpasar, and we only want to see dolphins in the morning.

Beautiful spot with an amazing swimming pool. Clean rooms and the open bathrooms were private and well presented. We found our favourite restaurant of our whole trip just a few feet to the right of the driveway which was a real bonus. Also it’s only 15 minute walk to Lovina beach where there’s lots of other restaurants too. The only downside is that while there’s 4 fabulous bedrooms with en suites, we travelled with 6 of us and the only place we could all come together was in the open dining area. The living spaces are spread over 2 levels and there’s not an area within these that you can all lounge together on couches. Plus as it’s all open, we usually had mosquitoes around, so everyone retreated to their bedrooms reasonably promptly so there wasn’t as much family chill time as we had in other locations.

Our family of 6 adults had the best stay at the Villa - the beachfront aspect with swimming directly out front and in the pool was great. It is very remote - no nearby restaurants to walk to - the location is completely different to what it shows you if you click on show location in the airbnb map - it places the Villa to the north of Lovina dolphin tours behind Pepito supermarket, where we thought we could walk next door to a hotel for cocktails. A driver to take us there was $20-30, so bear that in mind. Once we rearranged our mindset, we had an exceptional experience - great for family bonding with meals and games around the long outside table. Komang the housekeeper was brilliant and cooked meals for us every night from a menu - something I didn’t know was available beforehand but was extremely grateful for when I discovered we weren’t next door to the above mentioned supermarket or hotel restaurants. She also arranged for 2 massage ladies to come daily - brilliant!

The village is comfortable and clean. Fully equipped & new all. Stay at this villa. Hosts and staff are very responsible & communicative 🤩

What to say about this place? Have you ever dreamed of staying in a fantasy-like tiny home overlooking rice terraces, mountains in the distance, and rolling green hills? Well if you have this is the right place for you. The attention to detail and creative aesthetic touch is what initially drew me to book my weekend-get away with my wife here and the pictures did not disappoint. As soon as we got there I could not stop looking around and admiring the art, the colors, and the general feel of the place. The biggest question I had while staying here was "When will we get to come back?" I would highly recommend booking a trip here!

We were on the lookout for a peaceful place for a group of 9 people including parents and a toddler. So glad we chanced upon this magical villa. From the get go, this exceptionally beautiful place surpassed our expectations. The massive size, breathtaking view of the sea and most importantly the extremely friendly staff and host. Everything was just perfect and made for the perfect start for our visit to Bali. I’d give 11 out of 10 stars to this place if I could. Only regret is we didn’t stay for a longer time here :) Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat away from the touristy attractions and hustle bustle of the city

We are one of the first people to rent the place from Putu and his family. They worked hard to make it as comfortable as possible with European standards. Small things were not foreseen like kitchen gear etc but within a day delivered. So very happy with Putu's fast responses and actions 🙏 Ketut and his wife did the cleaning , water delivery and pool maintenance . Very happy with this. The place was great just missing an airco for the living room. With the one from the bedroom I managed to cool the whole place once I figured it out. Everything was in order. Lovina is calm and not touristic. very local and not much to do, so you need to know this. Great for resting or work. Like in many places in Bali we had some constructions going on behind the house but hopefully it will soon be over. The tiny house is a little humid and smelly, but ok. Everything is indoors and so a good plus for us. Bali is warm and humid Thanks for the stay and the great service like picking up and dropping off.

I felt just like home. Amalia and Joel are the most welcoming and kind people and made my stay here a wonderful experience. The rooms are simple but clean and cozy. The surrounding is quiet but close to all the things you need. I would always come back here.

Very nice location 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Staff onsite are helpful. AC is working well. Clean home. Rarely see any insects inside the place which was lovely. I recommend.

It was a peaceful stay. Not much to do but if you want to relax it’s great.

Great place to stay, beautiful, peaceful and quiet area away from the tourist masses, absolutely lovely and super helpful manager onsite (Yani & his wife), short walk from the beach and restaurants, great pool, fast internet, modern and clean amenities, comfortable bed and great communal area with a really nice pool table, table tennis and an Italian wood fired pizza oven. Paul and Sri were very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions, all in all a really wonderful place to stay, we will definitely try and come back again!
