Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Singaraja, Banyuasri

Beautiful spot with an amazing swimming pool. Clean rooms and the open bathrooms were private and well presented. We found our favourite restaurant of our whole trip just a few feet to the right of the driveway which was a real bonus. Also it’s only 15 minute walk to Lovina beach where there’s lots of other restaurants too. The only downside is that while there’s 4 fabulous bedrooms with en suites, we travelled with 6 of us and the only place we could all come together was in the open dining area. The living spaces are spread over 2 levels and there’s not an area within these that you can all lounge together on couches. Plus as it’s all open, we usually had mosquitoes around, so everyone retreated to their bedrooms reasonably promptly so there wasn’t as much family chill time as we had in other locations.

Our family of 6 adults had the best stay at the Villa - the beachfront aspect with swimming directly out front and in the pool was great. It is very remote - no nearby restaurants to walk to - the location is completely different to what it shows you if you click on show location in the airbnb map - it places the Villa to the north of Lovina dolphin tours behind Pepito supermarket, where we thought we could walk next door to a hotel for cocktails. A driver to take us there was $20-30, so bear that in mind. Once we rearranged our mindset, we had an exceptional experience - great for family bonding with meals and games around the long outside table. Komang the housekeeper was brilliant and cooked meals for us every night from a menu - something I didn’t know was available beforehand but was extremely grateful for when I discovered we weren’t next door to the above mentioned supermarket or hotel restaurants. She also arranged for 2 massage ladies to come daily - brilliant!

My stay was absolutely wonderful! Everything was just as I hoped—comfortable, peaceful, and truly relaxing. The bed was so cozy, and I slept incredibly well. The surroundings were picturesque, adding to the serene atmosphere. One of the highlights was the bathtub—soaking in it was pure bliss and the perfect way to unwind. It truly made my day of rest even more special. Thank you for such a pleasant and rejuvenating experience. I would love to return!

Super expérience dans ce logement ! Le loft est parfaitement équipé, design et avec une vue incroyable sur la mer depuis le lit, le salon et la terrasse privative. Nous avons apprécié le bruit des vagues, la climatisation et le canoë à disposition ! Le logement est à une dizaine de min de Lovina centre en scooter. Possibilité de louer un scooter auprès de l’hôte. Des vendeurs en bord de mer juste devant la maison permettent de profiter de l’expérience locale avec ses pêcheurs à quelques mètres ! Nous recommandons d’aller manger au Foodcourt Singaraja à 5min en scooter !

What to say about this place? Have you ever dreamed of staying in a fantasy-like tiny home overlooking rice terraces, mountains in the distance, and rolling green hills? Well if you have this is the right place for you. The attention to detail and creative aesthetic touch is what initially drew me to book my weekend-get away with my wife here and the pictures did not disappoint. As soon as we got there I could not stop looking around and admiring the art, the colors, and the general feel of the place. The biggest question I had while staying here was "When will we get to come back?" I would highly recommend booking a trip here!

We were on the lookout for a peaceful place for a group of 9 people including parents and a toddler. So glad we chanced upon this magical villa. From the get go, this exceptionally beautiful place surpassed our expectations. The massive size, breathtaking view of the sea and most importantly the extremely friendly staff and host. Everything was just perfect and made for the perfect start for our visit to Bali. I’d give 11 out of 10 stars to this place if I could. Only regret is we didn’t stay for a longer time here :) Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat away from the touristy attractions and hustle bustle of the city

Это просто супер дом на севере острова. Просто невероятные виды. В этом доме действительно находишься как дома. Ооочень богатая кухня, есть абсолютно все для готовки. Прекрасная терраса со своим бассейном. Завтраки включены. Мы приехали на одну ночь, а остались на целых три, потому что нам очень понравилось тут.

Dieser Ort ist ein wahres Juwel Balis. Die Reisfelder, der Blick auf den Vulkan Agung - es fühlt sich absolut authentisch an. Der viele Verkehr von Ubud hat mich davor gestresst, hier oben ist es wunderbar ruhig und dennoch ein quirliges Leben mit vielen Aktivitäten. Wer das authentische Bali erleben möchte, kommt hierher.

lokasi.dekat dengan pantai lovina, bisa jalan kaki, cma kalau malam hari penerangan jalan menuju villa agak kurang tapi sangat terbantu dengan komunikasi dari pemilik villa. untuk peralatan masak dan lain lain juga lengkap. namun memang kondisi villa agak sedikit kurang terawat namun tidak mengurangi kebersihan villa sama sekali, penjaga villa juga sangat membantu

Die Unterkunft The Tiing Villas war super. Stilistisch super schön und toll am Meer gelegen. Preisleistung stimmt auf jeden Fall. Die Umgebung ist leider sehr dreckig - speziell im Eingangsbereich vor dem Hotel. Es wäre schön wenn sich Hotels grundsätzlich auch um ihre Umgebung kümmern und Plastik einsammeln. Das Essen war wie bereits durch andere Kommentare beschrieben, nicht sonderlich gut. Wir sind gern ins benachbarte warung (Segara lestari) mit tollen frischen Produkten gegangen. Alles in allem ein schöner kurz Aufenthalt.

We hadden een heel fijn verblijf bij Jo. Iedereen was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het was een mooi ingericht en rustgevend appartement met een heel mooi zwembad.
