Pradhan's Apartment

SoumyaRating, 5 stars72 months ago
If you love to stay away from crowd and in a secured place with superb hospitality, surrounded by garden then this is your place. Also, if you love friendly pets it would be an additional reason for you. Initially you might feel that the place is bit far from the mall road but it will take only around 250 bucks to reach there. Here you will meet Mr. Andrew with his simple but delicious dishes cooked with great care and love and be sure that he will make you feel this place as your own home.

Satori stay 4Bhk apartment

SadakRating, 5 stars5 days ago
I had an amazing experience staying at this Satori. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities were well thought out—especially the fully equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi, which made my stay extra convenient. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe, yet close to everything I needed—great cafes, shops, and public transport. Check-in was smooth, and the host was incredibly responsive and kind, offering great local tips and making sure I felt right at home. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free place to stay!

Chowrasta Suites

SumitRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I had a wonderful stay at Chowrasta Suites in Darjeeling! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the main square, yet peaceful enough to really relax and take in the incredible mountain views. Waking up to the sight of the Himalayas was truly unforgettable. The property itself is clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made the stay comfortable. The host was warm, responsive, and made check-in easy. Whether you're visiting for the views, the charm of Darjeeling, or just some peace and quiet, this place is a fantastic choice. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 3 nights in this Airbnb, the hosts are very friendly, welcoming, welcoming, attentive, responsive... They helped us improve the quality of our trip. The place offers a very nice view. Their restaurant just above where we slept was very well and offered delicious dishes. For cleanliness, storage, bedroom... Everything was well done. A place for families, friends, or even alone. The value for money is good. Highly recommend this Airbnb for all its qualities. I hope to return soon!

Home in Lapchu Tea Garden

Ojasvi stays, Lopchu

SubhranilRating, 5 stars1 month ago
It's tucked away in the beautiful and untouched Himalayan village of Lopchu. Keshav and his family were incredibly warm — their hospitality was truly something else. I stayed here with my older parents, and we were made to feel completely at home, like part of the family. Getting there can be a bit tricky, but with Keshav around to guide you, it’s totally manageable. I’d love to come back and stay longer next time. P.S. You can take a peaceful walk around the tea garden nearby. They also served us lovely homely food for dinner at a very reasonable price.

The place is great to stay for families or groups. Has all the amenities. The place is not easily accessible as it is inside a residential area which is only reachable by foot. Other than that, the place is great.

We were extremely happy with the homestay. It is cute and cozy, and the patio is the highlight. The views are amazing. The homestay is a 15 minutes walk from mall, hence the approach is also accessible. It is a great option for people who are not averse to walking a little. We truly enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to Vivean and Samir for their great service

JJ Tribal Inn 4 Room Mountain Facing Apartment

SubamRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Overall, very great stay! Great hospitality and very responsive hosts. Checkin was very smooth as Mohanish was very responsive and was prompt in his replies. We had booked the entire apartment consisting of four rooms. The rooms were as shown in the photographs offering a great view of Mt. Kanchenjunga and the Darjeeling town. Room interiors were thoughtfully designed to depict local cultural elements. Homemade fresh food prepared by Roja didi was cherry-on-top!

The Himalayan Workation

ManishRating, 5 stars33 months ago
We stayed here for a little less than 2 weeks in mid - Sept. This was our first time in a homestay and we really enjoyed having the entire apartment to ourselves. For a long period of stay, a hotel room can get quite boring. The apartment was big and well- maintained and thoughtfully decorated. But the best thing was the view from the den , where the windows open on to the valley . We were able to witness the Kanchenjunga range in its full glory at different times of the day. The best way to spend time is to sit at the workstation and watch the sky and clouds while reading or painting. The caretaker Sunil was extremely helpful and took care of all our requirements in terms of arranging cabs and getting us our daily requirements of water etc. His wife Shikha is an amazing cook and her chicken chowmein and chicken momos were our favourites. She even learnt to make us dishes from you tube based on our requests. All in all, a memorable stay in a lovely apartment, and the host was very helpful in recommending points of interest and stayed in touch with us as if we were her personal guests . Highly recommend this homestay !

Shail alaya Homestay - Room 102 (1 BHK)

NamrataRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I stayed at Kesang’s apartment in Darjeeling for 2 days and had a truly wonderful experience. The space was clean, cozy, and had a warm, family-like atmosphere that made it feel like home. The view in the morning was absolutely stunning—such a peaceful way to start the day. Kesang was incredibly responsive and kind, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. The only small suggestion I’d make is to consider updating the bedroom flooring, but it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the place. I would 100% recommend staying here if you're visiting Darjeeling. I’d love to return in the future!

Basnet Apartment

ShahidRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Here's a detailed review from our experience - The place was pretty easy to spot using GMaps and the guidance given by Mr Yougal. He's been extremely generous and hospitable throughout our stay. The house is equipped with possibly every utility one could think of. Every nook and corner has something to offer, extreme attention to detail. For instance, one can even find a large umbrella for those downpours (When you're not prepared! 😛). The living area is laden with items like snacks, tea, coffee, etc nicely tucked into the tight spaces. Location also is pretty central, one can easily find taxis to plan commutes anywhere in Darjeeling. Mr Yougal can help connect with friendly local cab drivers to plan any travel.

Hello there! Sorry for the late review We enjoyed our stay at Sushil’s place Positive points are - view is very beautiful even better than tiger hills - host respond every time helpful in nature - breakfast is delicious (paratha with sabzi) more options available - tea and coffee is provided in kitchen we are free to make it - In room every bed has its heating pad due to which u will have a warm and cozy sleep - host even arrange bone-fire for us - location is good near Mall Road and Mahakal temple around 5 min walk - overall its a happy stay we are 9 in total Negative points are - it’s a hard time finding the location due to unclear landmark description(host came to fetch us) ( landmark - down lane to observatory or next to Mayfair resort) - always have written whatapp or mail screenshot of the final price u and host agree for extra people (so no miscommunication) Overall 🤩 We are happy with stay at Sushil place he responded on every call so that is something very good 👍

Luxurious Cozy Spacious 10 min walk from Mall Road

CharmaineRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Fantastic place. Quiet (which was great as there was a festival on - rock- and this was out of the noise). The stroll into town was so enjoyable (note if walking is hard and being amongst the bustle is key then this might be a stretch). The views from two bedrooms are breathtaking- I’m not sure anywhere else would have this view. It was warm with lots of heating and hot water. Large kitchen. Large Lounge. Lots of places to be together or apart if you needed respite from each other. Very easy to communicate with. Everything works well.

Luxurious 3 BHK Home Centrally Located/Great Views

SoumyaRating, 5 stars25 months ago
The place was good from inside. The look of the building from outside may not seem appealing as it's an old apartment, perhaps from 1930s. But, the house is beautifully decorated in the inside and offers an amazing view of the Kanchenjunga from every room. We had the entire place to ourselves, so it offers privacy. Hemanto, the caretaker was very responsive and friendly. He was always available for all our queries and everything we needed. I can't really thank Marina, the helper, enough. She helped us with the chores. She kept the house squeaky clean. I traveled with three senior citizens, one of them couldn't travel most of the days and stayed in, Marina heated and served her the food we kept and stayed till she ate. There are a few cons: - There are forty steep stairs to climb. This should be highlighted instead of just mentioning in a sentence in the long description. - The bathroom ceiling in the first bedroom is broken and the bathroom stinks.

Augusta Villa 1BHK Work From Home

SayanRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed it as a family. The surroundings were calm and relaxing. The wooden floors and warm lighting gave the room a cozy feel. We could cook for our little son, which was very convenient. The furniture was old—my child and I sank into the sofa and got hurt. Though the host fixed it after we informed them, we didn’t use it again out of caution. There was a guitar that matched the atmosphere, but one string was missing and it wasn’t tuned, so we avoided it. The window didn’t offer a proper view of the hills due to its position and nearby construction. However, the walls and photo frames were simple and elegant, giving off a nostalgic charm. A thoughtful touch was when the host gave a teddy bear to our son to play with the next day. Despite a few issues, it was a nice and memorable experience.

Palipan BnB

SubhranilRating, 5 stars1 month ago
It's in a quiet corner of Giddha Pahar, and the views from the balcony were stunning. The place comes with a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, which was a big plus. There are a few spots like Giddhe View Point and the Netaji Museum just a short walk away, and you can even go for a peaceful hike through the nearby tea gardens. Pratyush was a super responsive host and guided us throughout our stay. P.S. The place is a bit away from town, and there aren’t many restaurant options nearby — most places shut by 7 PM anyway. It’s a good idea to pick up some groceries from local shops and cook your own dinner if you’re planning to eat late.
