The garden house is located in the middle of our 2000m2 garden. At the edge of the garden you will find the sauna and hot tub that overlook the meadows. We live a large part of the garden here, and are happy to share the wealth of the outdoors with others.

The house is equipped with two bedrooms, luxury kitchen, full bathroom, washing machine, veranda and a cozy living room with wood burner. A wonderful place for 4 to 5 people to enjoy all the wellness facilities in complete privacy.

Aai de pony’s, geniet van de reeen in de wei,eekhoorns en diverse vlinders en vogels. Er zijn 2 verblijven Voorhuis en achterhuis: Het Voorhuis is geschikt voor 2 personen (zonder keuken)en heeft wat faciliteiten: combimagnetron, minikoelkast, nespresso apparaat, water en eierkoker en servies. Babybed en ontbijt (in overleg) bij te boeken.

Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Equipped with all comforts but "basic" in style. Suitable for 1 or 2 people, and for 1 or more days/weeks for rent. Particularly suitable for people who love peace, nature and are adventurous. You can hear and see many birds all day long. You sleep in a cozy loft, which you can reach by a sturdy staircase. Other facilities: you have a private entrance, a work/writing area (height adjustable), a private garden with terrace (including BBQ). Listen to music via Bluetooth or record player and look around you...

Zeddam, monumental enjoyment in luxury apartment.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

(M)EINraum cozy one-room apartment

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

Annas Haus am See

The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.

Guesthouse Spelhofen

Come and enjoy peace and space in Ruurlo. In our yard there is a cozy and fully furnished guest house with a living/bedroom, bathroom and kitchen for 2 people. Typically French - with private sauna

A detached stone cottage with a private garden and views of Achterhoek's scenic landscape. Because of the many windows, the living room is very bright and spacious. There is also a wood-burning stove allowing you to warm up by the stove on cold evenings and of course in the sauna. Our horses walk in the meadow in front of the garden, our chickens also run loose through the garden.
