Welcome to Sindelfingen! The small cozy apartment is located on the 4th floor of a larger apartment building on the edge of the Sommerhofenpark, as well as Klosterseepark (beautiful evening walks and great running opportunities are guaranteed). Within walking distance is the market square/main train station (about 15-20 minutes). The necessary food and shopping facilities are across the street. The apartment was newly furnished in 2020.

This cozy apartment is on two floors. The wooden spiral staircase leads from the living and dining area to the attic. There is an area separated by curtains with 2 single beds. Right next door is the master bedroom with a 1.8 m box spring bed. The large bathroom with shower and toilet is also in the attic. Another extra bedroom under the roof could also be used. This can be reached via a staircase and the room is about 1.7 m high.

Our bright basement apartment - with large window front facing south - was lovingly renovated by us, is equipped with high quality and is inviting for relaxation. Sindelfingen and Böblingen can be reached in a few minutes. The Mercedes factory is less than 5 minutes away by car. Stuttgart, the Black Forest and the Schönbuch Nature Park are 30 minutes away by car and are always worth a trip. We look forward to seeing you!
