Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation with proximity to the swimming area. Here you enter the calm directly surrounded by the turn-of-the-century charm, linseed oil painted beadboard, well-equipped kitchen with large gas stove for those interested in cooking as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from a newly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house was completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower and fresh outdoor toilet.

In the living room, there is 1 sofa bed sofa for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge that has a freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

Peacefully located house next to beautiful lake. 50 minutes to Stockholm and Arlanda. To Norrtälje City, it is only 7 minutes. The house is next to our villa but is still private. There is a private dock with a rowing boat you can borrow. Three bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen as well as shower and toilet. Nice view of the water. Private terrace. Nice walking paths and Roslagsleden goes through the village. When you check out, you are responsible for the condition and cleaning being the same as upon arrival. Bring your own bedclothes.

This summer cottage is 45 sqm, consists of 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds. The plot consists mostly of lawn, suitable for outdoor play. You will have access to two patios, one of which is south-facing. Outdoor grill is available. In the immediate area, within walking distance of the house, there is access to swimming at the jetty, rocks, and beach. The beach is child-friendly and is a 3-minute walk from the house. So much to see here in eastern Uppland; Öregrund's beautiful marina and all the lovely summer restaurants; including Melker Andersson's Bojabäs, there are also pharmacies, Systembolag, ICA and COOP, all within 20 minutes by car. Also worth seeing is Lövstabruks Manor with a nice inn for summer lunches, Badsjö with a swimming jetty is 4 minutes away at Forsmark's 17th-century Manor. A car is needed for this stay, to experience the surroundings and the countryside. And the weather…always sunny here in Norrby! Welcome!

Tillgång till Wifi och TV-utbud via G-Chromecast med fjärrkontroll. Mer info i stugan. Städning utförs enligt information i huspärmen. Incheckning från kl 15 och utcheckning senast kl 12 OBS! Under höst och vinter har vi tre dagars förberedelsetid pga att golvvärmen långsamt segar sig upp från den lägre underhållsvärmen .
