Rural with horses on the premises. 300 meters from the Roslagsleden. 5 km to swimming in the sea. 9 km to Älmsta with Ica and restaurants. 25 km to Norrtälje.

The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Accommodation on Gräddö 15 minutes from Norrtälje! We rent out our nice house located high in the sun from morning till night. There is hot water. The tent is only set up in the summer. Välkommen till en mysig och fräsch stuga i Simpnäs! Här har du nära till vackra klippor, sandstränder och café i en genuin skärgårdsby. Fram till säsong -21 var stugan av enklare standard, nu erbjuder vi en nyrenoverad stuga för 2 ev. 3 personer (familjevåningssäng). Spis/ugn, kyl och micro. Varmvatten, separett och dusch. Stugan har stor terrass och ligger avskilt. Kommunikationerna är goda från bl.a. Sthlm med bil, buss eller båt. Buss 636 eller Waxholmsbolagets Sjöbris via Arholma.

Huset har ett väl utrustat kök, kamin att elda i, ett nybyggt gästhus samt en stor fin vedeldad bastu. Alla material är genomgående exklusiva och huset är byggt 2023 via husleverantören ”Sommarnöje”. Båda husen har en vacker altan runt om, vilket gör att man alltid kan njuta av solen på flera platser. En stig leder ner till en brygga och bjuder in till bad.

This listed 18th-century wing building is part of a historic shipowner’s estate and was once home to the renowned artist Siri Derkert. Carefully renovated in consultation with heritage authorities, the house preserves many original features while offering modern comfort. The property spans approx. 150 sqm with a large country kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, separate bathroom and toilet, and four fireplaces.
