Welcome to my place. My name is Tim and I rent my 27 square meters flat during my absence. The flat is fully equipped and the bed is 160x200. It s located between the subway stations of Simplon (Line 4) and Jules Joffrin (Line 12) and you can reach thé Sacré Cœur with a 20 minutes walk. Also, Line 4 is really useful to reach the centre of Paris. Since it s my own home, I would ask you to respect my privacy by not opening the private drawer and to be nice to my neighbours.

My typically Parisian, well-lit and AC equiped apartment is on the last floor of a charming apartment building with an elevator. It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.
