Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Simpelveld

We hebben een fantastisch weekend gehad met onze vriendengroep in dit heerlijke huis! Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons meteen welkom dankzij de vriendelijke host die alles rustig en duidelijk uitlegde. Het huis zelf was brandschoon en lekker ruim – genoeg plek voor iedereen om zich terug te trekken, maar ook fijne gezamenlijke ruimtes om samen te zijn. De sauna en het zwembad waren echt een feestje, en we hebben volop genoten van de mooie tuin waar het zonnetje ons extra verwend heeft. Het uitzicht was prachtig en de BBQ maakte de avonden compleet. Alles klopte gewoon. Je merkt dat er met zorg en aandacht wordt omgegaan met het huis en met de gasten. Echt een aanrader — dank voor deze fijne ervaring!

Une vrai pépite!!! Un logement propre et très fonctionnel. Tout est pensée pour que l’on puisse se sentir comme à la maison. Le point à l’étage, un gros coup de cœur pour le plus gros bonheur des enfants. Un coin insolite. Literie au top. We hadden hier een geweldig weekend. Wat een prachtig natuurgebied op 10 meter loopafstand. Heerlijk gewandeld met onze hond. Keurig schone accommodatie. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. Zeker een onderkomen om eens naar terug te gaan

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit grossen Garten, alle Zimmer sind gross und sauber. Schöne Aussicht von Balkon aus .Eine ruhige Lage und es hat uns sehr gefallen das man Privatsphäre hatte. Der whirlpool auf dem Balkon war traumhaft . Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen . Vielen Dank

es war ein super Kurzurlaub! von Eupen aus, hat man einen guten Start um auch in andere Städte zu gelangen. die Wohnung hatte alles zu bieten, was man braucht und ist ein reines Kinderparadies! es waren Spiele, Duplo Steine, Holzeisenbahn vorhanden und sogar im Flur ein kleines Licht mit Bewegungsmelder. hier ist wirklich an alles für Familien gedacht! vielen lieben Dank! wir werden sicher wiederkommen, da wir uns wie Zuhause gefühlt haben!

Très beau gîte à quelques kilomètres du plateau des Hautes Fagnes, avec jardin et chemin privé. Deux grandes tables pour manger au jardin, intérieur tout confort, avec de belles vues sur la vallée. Seul petit bémol: les draps et serviettes de bain ne sont pas compris et ce n'est pas mentionné sur l'annonce. On y reviendra avec plaisir !

Rike's place is perfect for a couple of days exploring Aachen and it's incredible cathederal. The apartment is well positioned to the old town, clean and very comfortable. It has everything you need to prepare your own meals and communication with Rike is quick and easy. And the best part of the apartment is the sunroom, which is an absolute plus! While the apartment doesn't have a separate loungeroom, we found that we spent most of our time in the sunroom, looking out over Rike's garden, and westpark. Really quite relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at Rike's place and recommend it to other travellers.

le logement de Pierre était conforme à la description;il est très bien équipé et il y a tout ce qu'il faut. L'appartement a l'avantage d'avoir une terrasse ,nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'en profiter mais par beau temps et chaleur c'est bien agréable

Really lovely apartment, perfectly clean, nice furnishings, very comfortable, a great base. En-suite showers in both rooms, which is great. On the river, very lovely view each morning, lots of natural light. A bit of traffic noise outside the front of the apartment, but not bad at all. So easy to communicate with the hosts, who were very helpful.

We had a nice two nights here. Host was very communicative in terms of check in, and he left us a bottle of champagne which was very nice. There was lots of coffee, tea, etc available. Overall place was clean and beds comfortable.

Il y a des endroits qui deviennent immédiatement comme chez soi, et c’est comme ça qu’on s’est senties chez Cédric, moi et mes deux collègues avec qui je suis restée 6 semaines. Nous étions très bien, l’endroit était calme et sécuritaire. Les commodités fonctionnaient, et nous avons trouvé les lits confortables. Le salon et la cuisine sont très conviviaux. L’hôte était proactif et répondait très vite à nos messages et nos questions lorsqu’on en avait. N’hésitez surtout pas à réserver l’emplacement! Nous recommandons à 100%!

Ми із задоволенням провели свою 5-денну відпустку в цьому чудовому містечку. Все було дуже добре. Чиста затишна квартира з усіма зручностями. Було особливо приємно, що в кухні і ванній кімнаті було все продумано. Розташування теж було ідеальним. Поруч Терми 2000 і історичні магнити. Хазяїва були дуже привітні і відповідальні. Бажаємо їм всього найкращого! З повагою, Оксана і Алекс.

Eine tolle Unterkunft. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Besonders die große Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was mich sicht wünschen kann. Eine perfekt ausgestattete und gestaltete Unterkunft . Absolut empfehlenswert.

Super proper verblijf, vlotte communicatie en rustige locatie.

We love this apartment- this is our second time staying. It feels like home and was in a perfect location.

Stayed at this Airbnb for a 2 week period and it was wonderful. It is in walking distance to the main centers with restaurants, as well as several grocery stores. It was very clean and we appreciated having a cleaner come half way through our stay to exchange our linen. Would 100% book again if we ever return to Maastricht!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Christa was vriendelijk gaf goede wandeltips en er lagen kaarten met knooppunt wandelingen in de studio. We willen hier zeker nog een keer terug komen.

WOW! What can we say, A+++ Yves! Firstly, thank you for the hosting! Our flight to Brussels was cancelled. When I informed Yves he was very understanding and I felt confident that no matter the situation, we would be supported and cared for. When we arrived at the property one day late, it was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with stunning wide windows offering an interesting view at the front. Location was very desirable - amenities are a moment's walk, there is a supermarket a few steps away, and as for food options? No shortage in beautiful Hasselt. We particularly enjoyed the Canal Area which is full of affordable restaurants. Come here and soak up the atmosphere of a beautiful Belgian city. Though we were visiting a friend and the Efteling Theme Park, there's plenty to do and see just in Hasselt! Yves' place is actually larger than it looks in the pictures too. Thanks Yves, we hope to visit your place again soon!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt bei Marylene. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr angenehm, aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es hat alles super geklappt, Raphaël und seine Frau sind nette Gastgeber, Fragen und Problemchen wurden direkt beantwortet und gelöst. Das Willkommensbierchen hat auch geschmeckt nach der langen Fahrt 🤗 Wir kommen gern wieder.

Mooi en ruim appartement dichtbij NP Hoge Kempen en Maastricht. Ideaal voor weekendje fietsen/wandelen in de natuur of voor citytrip Maastricht. Zeer goed onderhouden, vlotte communicatie met eigenaar. Garage om fietsen in op te bergen is pluspunt.
