Monthly Rentals in Simpang Pulai

This was my second time staying at Chong's house (9th - 14th June 2025), and once again, it was a great experience. The house is very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the pictures. It’s conveniently located with easy access to anywhere in Ipoh by car. Highly recommended! Chong was very responsive and promptly answered all our questions. During my previous stay, the water dispenser was the standard filter type. I was pleasantly surprised this time to see that it has been upgraded to a Coway water dispenser — much more convenient and user-friendly! Special thanks to Senior Uncle Chong (Chong’s father), who is always warm, friendly, and caring. I truly enjoy our conversations — they are one of the highlights of my stay. It’s been a pleasure getting to know him, especially with him staying just next door to Chong’s house. I strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ipoh. It will definitely be my top choice again for future trips!

I am traveling with my family. Really love the house with full of equipment and extra bed. The surrounding and the view also very peaceful. Easy to check in when we meet ms wei may and she guide to the house. Kids loved the swimming pool. Thanks for the lovely hospitality.

Very comfortable apartment, well equipped and most importantly perfectly clean. Wifi was working properly. I can easily recommend this place for travellers
