Holiday rentals with a patio in Simi Valley

If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

Mario and Steph have a great place. They were very communicative and friendly. The condo was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. The complex was great too—easy to find parking (thanks to the instructions from the host), a lovely pool, and very secure. Just across the street from the Valencia Mall, there are TONS of food and shopping options in under a 5-minute walk. Next time I’m staying in the area, I hope this place will be available again!

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

Julie and Steven’s spot was a perfect, peaceful getaway. Surrounded by the Santa Monica mountains, it’s only a short ride into town, making it easy to spend the day at the beach and come back to the quiet in the evening. Great location, convenient to highway and restaurants. The space was clean and spacious as described. It's not the easiest navigating the apartment complex and all the stairwells but host provided clear instructions. We felt it was easier to access the apartment from the visitor parking lot vs the assigned parking spot. Host was able to provide us with a high chair and pack and play, which was very much appreciated. Overall the apartment was good value for money and I would recommend. Thanks Carina!

Leslie's house is spacious and clean. It's uncluttered. I love that there are plenty of towels. I really appreciate Leslie getting the carpet cleaned before our arrival since my daughter has severe allergies to pets/danders/dust and the house does allow pets. It's perfectly located 2 minutes away from Quail Ranch where the wedding was. For other activities such as brunch or lunch or dinner, there's about a 20 minutes' drive to Westlake Village to find plenty of nice restaurants. There were 6 of us with 2 bathrooms. So that was a little challenging, but everything worked out. We all enjoyed the stay. Thank you Leslie.

The home is beautiful and soulful and so comfortable. It was just what we needed. Every detail so thoughtful and well curated. The spa options are a special treat and really easy to navigate. The grounds and views stunning. I highly recommend and hope to be able to come back for another visit soon. I could not be happier with Ken’s place. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s beautiful. The roses out back were amazing. Ken was responsive and so forgiving when we accidentally broke a glass. And no check out instructions other than turn things off (lights, AC, etc…). It couldn’t have been easier. And a park just down the street for kiddos. Super safe and cute neighborhood. Stay there, you won’t be disappointed.

Wow!! So glad we found Eitay’s place! It was perfect and we loved staying there. The location had an incredible view, very nice neighborhood, and a great area. The beds were comfortable and they had so many comforts of home that were greatly appreciated. The owners provided great instructions and were wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

Matthew is an amazing host. He responds quickly and is always willing to help. The unit is nicely decorated with a an entry level bedroom w/bunk beds and 1/2 bath and a main level with living room, kitchen and bedroom with a full bath. There is a nice back yard deck overlooking a sea of Oak Trees. The unit is not large, but was fine for two of us and our dog. The only drawback was the home is on a narrow street with no sidewalks which made walking the dog a bit difficult. There was a great park just a 3 minute drive that our dog loved. While the backyard if fenced, there is no grass. The bulk of the back is taken up with a very steep slope.

Magdas Home was very comfortable for our clients. IT was clean and They loved the pool and the comfy beds. I recommend this home.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming getaway!

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Amazing location with great amenties, we used the pool and theatre room. Definitley reccomend staying here for a family vacation

I had an incredible extended stay at Adam's place! It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. I was so happy and I highly recommend staying there. Adam was very responsive and I didn't have one issue!
