Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Silver Summit

My family loved our weekend stay in this beautiful home. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We felt very comfortable here and it is very well thought out as they had everything we needed. We enjoyed the park across the street, the hot tub, all the fun the basement had to offer (games) and especially loved the record player! It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5 plus we loved getting to bring our family dog. Thank you Andy and simply rented!

Beautiful home, exactly as described. Very nice area. Multiple parks to walk our dog. Trail surrounding neighborhood connects to rail trail, which made it easy to get my runs in. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the porch, which was very private, as well as watching the big screen tv in the upstairs living area. Neighbors were friendly. Overall very comfortable and a great stay!

This is a beautiful place. Nice and private with easy access and nice outdoor seating area. Close to Park City (10 miles), but out in the country away from the hustle and bustle. Big kitchen with big living room - very nice.

We had an amazing stay at Kara's place! The description on the listing was exactly what it was like when we arrived. Everything was very clean, the furniture was great, the kitchen was pristine, and the linens were nice and new. Kara is an amazing host as well! She promptly responded to all of my messages and the check in/check out process was easy. One thing that we weren't expecting was a double basketball hoop arcade in the basement level. My kids loved it and even my wife and I got in on the action! The location is great as well, as you will be 15 minutes to Main Street or PC Mountain resort. Do not hesitate to book this stay. Kara is an incredible host and what you see is what you get. You will not be disappointed!

I highly recommend this house. It looks exactly like the pictures and was spotless upon arrival. The location is fantastic—close to supermarkets, restaurants, and various winter activities. Jennifer was also wonderful, always responding promptly to any questions I had. I had a great stay and would definitely rent this house again!

Spacious townhouse with a 2 car garage and only a 15 minute drive from Park City ski resort.

We loved our stay and would book again. We didn't come to ski and despite the location being up in the heights, we felt the drive time to many restaurants and shopping was totally doable and appreciated the peaceful, quiet retreat at the end of the day. The hot tub was a huge treat and we enjoyed watching a movie on the large projector screen. The host was very communicative and had left thoughtful instructions including easy-to-read labels throughout the place so we never struggled to figure anything out. Extra bedding, linens, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and even a little welcome basket were so appreciated. I wish more short term rental places were like this! Seriously, the host should write an e-book on putting together the ideal Airbnb for guests.

This home is so beautiful! It truly has it all! It is right on Echo lake which makes it so easy to access the lake. There is a fantastic walking trail nearby. The home is spacious with lots of beds and also tons of parking space. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely book it again in the future!! Wish we could give more than 5 stars!

This place is tucked quietly at the base of mountains, very beautiful and scenic. This place is perfect for a couple/small family who love the great outdoors, the amenities boast ski rentals if you visit in the winter. If traveling in the summer you can find plenty of mountain biking trails with rentals on almost every corner. There are unique restaurants within walking distance.

Everyone in the process were nice and accommodating, replied to messages in a speedy matter and they were very clear. I would definitely stay there again

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here. It was extremely easy to get in and out of the house, and the house was clean. They made sure we had everything we needed and also informed us that they had a couple of dogs and we could meet them if we were comfortable with it, which we were and they were both lovely! Nice apartment. About a mile from downtown. Not a bad walk but a few sketchy spots at night. Apartment was nice and as advertised.

Bernarda was an excellent host - quick and clear communication when we had any questions. Lovely home, great location - quick drive to Woodward or Park City and an easy drive to the resorts in the canyons as well. Thank you for having us!

We were very pleased with this home. Everything was clean and orderly. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

My gal and I really enjoyed Kevin's space. It's a great, large studio setup with a legitimate kitchen. There were lots of little accommodations we appreciated such as tea, lil chocolates, and the fact the spot had recently been carpet cleaned. Kevin and I had a nice convo about his property as well, what a cool house! We hope to return.

This place was just what we were looking for. It was close to the places we wanted to go, it was clean, quiet and peaceful, the surroundings were beautiful, and the price was reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay here. The space was clean and location was perfect. Parking on site was simple, with included parking pass. Check-in was simple, though it took a few minutes to find where the front desk is located - it may help others to know that you're looking for the main entry for The Prospector. Susan was communicative and very quick to respond when we had a question.

Russ's studio was absolutely perfect. Located within all the activities of Park City and many things to do. It was quaint and perfect for a little getaway.

I spend a week or two in Park City every summer and stay in this area every time. The location is fantastic. It's close to Kimball Junction and downtown Park City. Zara's unit is a good deal and perfect for a small group - it was only 2 of us on this trip. The garage is a bit small for a full size truck but there is plenty of street parking. Our truck fit in the garage but it stuck out more than I was comfortable with. I didn't want to hinder people exiting the garage so we parked on the street. This is a very safe area so there's I was not worried about street parking. Thankfully Zara answered my question about street parking at 8pm the day of arrival. Thanks again for that! :-) Also, the instructions (with pics) on how to find and access the unit were spot on and made it a breeze.

Andrew's place is centrally located with a short walk to grocery stores, coffee shops, and a short drive to PCMR. This place is amazing with the only pitfall being the limited parking available for the building. Additional parking is available across the street, but also fills up.

Superhost does not begin to describe how helpful Paul was. He was the single most helpful Airbnb host I have ever had, extremely responsive, proactive, and with great restaurant recommendations upon request. The location is perfect for skiing with ski valet bringing your skis right to the gondola and free lockers for all ski gear so you don’t have to store anything inside the room. Free shuttle service from the hotel to anywhere in Park City is basically a free Uber so we didn’t need to think about getting a rental car. This is true ski in, ski out where you don’t have to walk more than 500ft in boots. Starbucks is available in the building, and amenities (including steam room shower) are amazing. 10/10 would stay here again and can’t wait for the opportunity to come back again.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay, the amenities were wonderful, and Bryan was super responsive and very kind. We would definitely come back again and again!

Great location, right next to the free bus stop(s), it's a cozy space but it has all the basics you need and we appreciated the clear instructions and quick responses to any questions/messages. Would recommend to other couples visiting Park City!
