Great studio apartment at the base of the Uintas. Outdoor recreation surrounds you on all sides. Bring your toys (quads, UTV's, snowmobiles, cross county skis) we have plenty of room. It is quiet enough to hear Beaver Creek across the street. Only 30 minutes to Park City and 50 to SLC. If you need to escape the city for a weekend or longer this is the place for you. This unit is on the smaller side but as a solo traveler it suited me fine. All was clean on arrival . Close to the rail trail which provides a paved path to Main Street. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Unit is on the third floor but close to the elevator. Parking can be tight at times. Carriage House has installed the heater/ AC right next to the bed so can be a bit noisy at night.

Enjoyed a pleasant stay at this condo. Nice, clean and roomy plus a full kitchen. Condo is in a quiet area, at least when I was there, and close to the rail trail , bike rentals and restaurants. Condo is on the third floor, close to the steps in case you don't want to use the elevator. Parking can be tight at times. Not a deal breaker but the Carriage House installed the heater/AC unit right by the bed so it can be a bit noisy when sleeping.

The perfect getaway for the time-crunched Salt Laker who wants to feel like they’ve disappeared amidst the mountains and yet only had to spend 30-40 minutes to get there. One of those special places that you feel like should be a secret and yet at the same time want everyone to know about. Best to spend two nights so you have the day to relax and wander into town or further into the mountains to explore. Will visit again ASAP!

Amazing place to stay, very clean and cozy! One of the best air bnbs I have stayed at. Lots of bedrooms and the kitchen was great for cooking. We didn’t know what to expect for the property and found we weren’t able to explore as much as we had hoped (based on the acreage) due to the steep grade of most of the property, however it is beautiful and we did have a great time! We plan to visit again!
