Monthly Rentals in Silver Spring Park

We loved our stay at Samad's place! It was perfect for my husband, toddler, and I for a weekend trip. We loved that our toddler could have his own room, and he slept great in the crib provided. The darkening shades were super convenient too. Everything was clean and as described. The kitchen was spotless and the coffee/tea area was a great touch. We would absolutely stay here again.

Loved staying here, it was so convenient for my needs & the Safeway grocery store was 2 blocks away. The place was spacious & very comfortable. I'm in that area every few months & hope to stay there each time.

Suzy was an amazing host- she is responsive and kind. Her place is lovely and we were really comfortable. The apartment was quiet while also being so close to downtown Silver Spring restaurants and attractions. I would definitely stay here again!

On the days leading up to, and during my stay, Marian was beyond helpful in answering any questions I had. Very respectful and wonderful to communicate with. The place itself was beautiful and spotless. This place is right next to a lot of restaurants, a public area that hosts a bunch of events and community driven activities, as well as a shopping mall right down the street. Overall this was an extremely satisfying place to stay and Marian is very well deserving of a 5 star review, I would 100% recommend her to anyone thinking about staying here.
