Monthly Rentals in Silver Spring Park

Stayed here a few days with my kiddo. Perfectly located to downtown. The grocery store, library and a few cute cafes are super close. Loved the huge backyard. The space itself is very roomy for two people. Couldn't ask for much more, especially at this price point.

Nice place, thoughtfully equipped, private, clean, pleasant and such an excellent host. For instance she left me an umbrella to borrow outside the door of the flat because it was raining. You do hear a bit of others moving around the house in the upstairs flat and I’m not sure how soundproof the flat is.

Beautiful apartment and responsive host. Safe building with key fob needed to enter building and use stairwells and elevator. Amazing coffee shop right underneath the building with a grocery store across the street was very convenient. 10 min walk to the metro. Would definitely stay here again

Super clean and comfortable, found it to be in a good location for walking I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!😁
