Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Silvaplana

The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

We thank Georgina for this wonderful house! Sen il Bot is very well thought out, clearly and cleanly divided, inviting you to relax and enjoy! The surroundings are stunningly quiet and the view fantastic! The weather accompanies you throughout the day and the view of the clouds and the sky is pure joy.

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

The cottage is really so hidden in the countryside behind a huge fir, walnut and much more, that we could absolutely enjoy being alone. Unfortunately, the weather was a bit moody, but even that was perfect, so we could once again sleep very well and for a long time... until the morning birdsong. Simply wonderful - PURE NATURE! We liked the house and its location very much. It is located by a stream, whose rushing did not disturb us. We did many hikes from the house, where we usually didn't meet anyone, it's that lonely there. Only on the weekend was there a little more going on. The kitchen is well equipped and on arrival we stocked up on plenty of food so we wouldn't have to move our car for as long as possible. Everything necessary for baking and cooking is available. After the hikes, we always used the sauna after we had fired up the stove with the available firewood and brought the sauna up to temperature. If you want to be available 24/7, you may have to find another place. Network and thus also the WLAN were not always available. We didn't mind.

Wow! What a beautiful location! Claudio was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was squeaky clean and had a fantastic view of the lake. We will definitely be back. Personally I would recommend having a little car to get around as I imagine it would be a hard walk back up from the town once you’re full of pasta! Thank you so much Claudio.

Such a lovely stay at Alice’s air BnB. Firstly, the pictures do not do the view justice - words can’t describe how beautiful the view is. The location is handy as you’re located not too far out from Como and a short bus journey to Bellagio. The air BnB was spacious and the balcony is such a lovely touch for a breakfast in the morning and a relaxed drink at night. Alice has been the best host I’ve had so far, thank you so much. We would absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay again.

4 nights didn’t feel enough and we left with such a heavy heart. Laura’s place is breathtaking and pictures don’t do it any justice. We were so sad to leave the tranquil and peaceful villa. I’ve never stayed anywhere like this and look forward to going back.

This was one of our favorite apartments yet. Magical!! Pros: the view was stunning. We are active and fit so we didn't mind the steep 10 minute walk up from town to the house. We took advantage of the outdoor table for dining and drinks. We took a half day off from taking the bus to other towns to sightsee, just to relax on the sun loungers in the private side yard. Cons: The listing indicated that cooking basics like olive oil and ground pepper would be there, but they were not. My daughter and I cook at least a few full meals at every Airbnb so this what frustrating for us, especially as we had already been to the grocery store and were starting to cook when we noticed:( Note: We did alert the host about the olive oil but he did not opt to provide us with any. Stefano was wonderful in every other way so this surprised us.

We had the absolute best time. This Airbnb is cozy and welcoming. It’s a more secluded stay away from tourists. The walk to the place is defiantly a hike but the view is worth it. Beth took us to the train and back which was beyond what we expected, her hospitality made the trip exceptional.

Andrea’s apartment is extraordinary. The terrace and the bedrooms overlook the lake and the entire apartment is spotless and well equipped. We are so grateful for our time in Varenna and beautiful lake Como. To top it off our host helped us secure a reservation at Al Prato a very hard to get into restaurant located just across the square from our apartment. Best dining and service we had - highly recommend Andrea’s apartment. It is magical.

I was on site for 4 days and I was able to actively and very well recover. The area is intoxicating. I focused exclusively on hiking. I'll bring the bike with me on my next visit - there are also many beautiful options. The only thing to note is that the summer season only starts on 5.7.25. I was there in June, which means that many mountain railways and restaurants were still closed. I had the hiking trails all to myself.

Absolutely stunning location and great views from all windows and the balcony, the photos shown here are amazing but are even better in reality. The home was so lovely, and surprisingly cool on a very hot day. Marco was a great host, gave lots of recommendations and was always on hand if needed. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was within easy walking distance of the train and ferry stations and the old town center. The view from the patio and living room was lovely. One day was rainy, but the covered parts of the patio and open doors from the living room made for relaxing lake and mountain views, even in the rain. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was handy for cooking a couple dinners, and the washing machine was small but convenient for a couple quick loads. Communication and check-in went smoothly. Highly recommended.

Awesome spot! Stayed here for one night for our honeymoon trip. Great view, easy access to great restaurants, beautiful area to walk around, and super friendly hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

We had a wonderful stay in Bellagio and couldn’t have asked for a better host. Alessia was incredibly kind, responsive, and so helpful in planning our visit. She offered great recommendations and made everything feel easy and stress-free. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous, with stunning views, thoughtful touches, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was how she even came to meet us at the ferry and helped with our luggage, which we truly appreciated after a long day of travel. We felt so well taken care of and would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting!

Serena's place is absolutely lovely, we felt right at home straight away. The accomodation is spotlessly clean and in a very pretty area that is easily accessed by car or public transport. there is a free night bus that runs up and down the road to Varenna between 7pm-Midnight which is very convenient. Perledo is a very tranquil place with fantastic views. We were checked in by Serena's father who was very helpful and then visited by Serena soon after. Both were very lovely and helpful and passed great knowledge of their local area. We were even lucky enough to get a free pass to Vezio castle which had some of the best views I've seen.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect. It is exactly as pictured, and extremely clean. Fabio supplies all amenities listed & extra bits that make the stay even better that I may not have thought of originally. Fabio had extremely helpful and quick communication. He made check in/out so easy. He provided additional info that made getting around town easy. I would definitely come back!

Sybille was very nice and communicative. Everything we needed was in the apt. including basic groceries, dishwasher, laundry machine , umbrellas etc. everything was well thought of for our stay. the view is amazing. very close to the lake and the center is 2 minutes driving or 5-7 minutes walking. recommended.
