Holiday rentals with lake access in Silvaplana

Our group of 4 had a wonderful stay at the window to the lake. Beautiful views also to the surrounding Tremezzo and mountains along with a very comfortable stay. We travelled to other locations on Lake Como and even had a night in cooking dinner and drinking wine from the local market. Thanks to Elena E Mara for a great stay!

N'hésitez pas à louer l'appart de Luigi. Il est bien situé. La vue est imprenable, c'est magnifique. Tout le nécessaire est fourni. Sel, poivre, huile d'olive. Lit très confortable, nous avons bien dormi. Endroit bien sécuritaire également. Quelques restaurants se font en marchant. Pour l'épicerie, quelques minutes en voiture. L'appartement est très propre et soucieux de l'environnement. Matière recyclable. Nous avons passés un bon moment.

Tout était parfait , très propre , confortable La cuisine est très bien équipée . Et notre place préférée le balcon avec une vue extraordinaire! . Un bel appartement soigné , on se sent très bien . Merci pour ces heures de Bonheur !

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Amazing host and a breathtaking view. Too bad we couldn't use the pool due to cold windy weather but had an amazing time with family and kids. with only 10 min drive to local attractions and ferry. I would highly recommend this Michele and his property.

Paola met us for check in and was extremely helpful from the moment we booked the trip even after checkout when our plane ride to Milan cancelled last minute she helped us find new transportation. The space is beautiful and close to everything!

The house was clean and easily accessible. It’s in a beautiful location close to the lake!

Such a lovely stay at Alice’s air BnB. Firstly, the pictures do not do the view justice - words can’t describe how beautiful the view is. The location is handy as you’re located not too far out from Como and a short bus journey to Bellagio. The air BnB was spacious and the balcony is such a lovely touch for a breakfast in the morning and a relaxed drink at night. Alice has been the best host I’ve had so far, thank you so much. We would absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay again.

Apartment was perfect and Fabio was a wonderful host!! Very proactive and responsive, especially with information about the train closing on the day that we were planning on leaving and how to adjust!

Beautiful location! The lake is a stunning view and it felt calm & peaceful. The home was accurate to pictures and the boat ride into town was just right outside the door! Jonathan was so helpful and provided all the answers we needed. Would definitely book again!

This was my favorite place to stay on our trip! I LOVED being on the lakefront! DEFINITELY recommend!!

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! Very clean and neat top floor apartment, awesome for family stay. Great interior design and all the appliances one may need. Astonishing view from the balcony. It was cozy even during heavy rain. Secure parking on the premises, which is big deal in the area that has shortage of parking spaces. The host was absolutely amazing and willing to go an extra mile to make our arrival, stay, and departure comfortable. A couple of tips: Drive up the hill appears to be a bit steep and narrow for someone used to wider roads. Good pizza place close by. A nice hike further up the hill. The locals start driving early and both bedrooms face the street so it can be a bit noisy in the morning. There are a couple of construction sites in the vicinity but to our surprise they weren’t a disturbance at all. The best shopping area is Fuentes in Calico about 15 min drive around the northern tip the lake.

Ettore's place was perfect for my wife and me! It matched the description well and was very clean. It is perfectly located right by the Varenna square and a short walk down to the water. Ettore picked us up off of the train and helped us get settled. Upon check-out we walked to the train station which is about 10-minutes away. The best part of the apartment is its location. Out the front door there is an excellent restaurant (Il Cavitappi) and wine shop (In Vinis Veritas). Albergo del Sole is a couple of (short) blocks away and is perfect for pizza. Gelato and breakfast stops are also very close. We rented a boat for the day and the dock is also very close to the apartment.

If I could give it 10 stars I would!! The view is stunning, the flat is right on the lake and has everything you need. Betty goes up and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable!! She has thought of everything! The place was stocked with water, coffee, snacks and breakfast items and made it so easy on us. There are many small touches like shelf’s in the bedrooms, QR codes to access things and so many more that make everything easy. The parking space worked great and she met us there and even insisted on helping with luggage. I cannot say enough about the kindness of Betty and Markus!! She gave great recommendations. There is a beach here and they provided wet shoes and beach towels for swimming. And a covered area with nice chairs to lounge by the beach! The patio was awesome, overlooking the lake and where we loved to have our morning coffee! Only regret is that I wish we could stay a week. Highly recommend! Would love to come back! Thank you Betty and Markus for a perfect 3 days!

Wir hatten ein traumhaftes Wochenende in der Villa am Comer See! Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt inmitten atemberaubender Natur mit traumhaftem Seeblick. Elena war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr herzlich und die Kommunikation verlief absolut reibungslos. Ein kleiner Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: Die Zufahrtsstraße ist – typisch für die Region – schmal, und die Einfahrt in die Garage recht steil. Mit unserem Opel Astra und VW Golf war das machbar, aber bei tiefergelegten Autos könnte es knapp werden. Kein echter Nachteil, eher eine regionale Eigenheit. Außerdem wurden – wie in Italien oft üblich – vor dem Check-in Ausweiskopien verlangt. Das ist gesetzlich so geregelt, steht aber nicht in der Beschreibung. Auch das werten wir nicht als negativ, sondern als landestypische Besonderheit. Fazit: Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen – absolut empfehlenswert!

The location of the cottage was as wonderful as the pictures suggest, you're far enough from the waters edge to have a sprawling view, and close enough that nothing interrupted the view. Cinzia was very responsive and helpful and the added touches (pastries/wine) were much appreciated. Nesso is beautiful little spot, it can get reasonably busy because of the waterfall and the road from Como to Bellagio is rarely quiet (although we couldn't hear it from the bungalow). Be prepared for some hilly steps though, we clocked up 110 floors of climbing one day (for info, the Twin Towers were also 110 floors!). We found and Cinzia recommended a wonderful restaurant called Il Briisa which we would go back to in a heartbeat. The food, wine, service and ambience were all spot on. Overall, fantastic, it was a surprise break for my wife's 40th birthday and it delivered perfectly.

die Unterkunft ist ausreichend groß mit einem Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer einer kleinen Küche und Bad. die Lage ist traumhaft mit Blick auf den See und einen kleinen Strand gibt es auch in direkter Nähe:) die Unterkunft war sauber und die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. wir kommen gerne wieder

L'appartement correspond aux photos et à la description, il est complet, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, le parking est un gros plus. La vue est époustouflante, on peut rester des heures à regarder le paysage, ça nous fait vite oublier les désagréments de la route (bcp de passage lors de notre venue et énormément de moto, prévoyez les bouchons d'oreilles si vous avez le sommeil léger). L'arrêt de bus, juste à côté, est très pratique pour aller à Bellagio, Nesso ou Côme (mais attention à bien choisir vos jours de déplacement pour éviter la foule). Merci pour ces quelques jours de déconnection.

la casa e' molto bella, curatissima e super pulita , si vede proprio che Cristina tiene tantissimo alla sua casa e al benessere degli ospiti lei e' stata molto gentile dandoci le indicazioni precise e accogliendoci i all'arrivo , siccome ho detto che sono freddolosa ci ha fatto trovare la casa bella calda il giardino e' magnifico tenuto alla perfezione , peccato che quando siamo arrivati pioveva ma come detto a Cristina torneremo il prossimo anno con la bella stagione Paola

We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!

Daru’s place is even better than the pictures, incredible views, beautiful bedrooms and fully equipped with all the amenities you may need.

It was a fantastic vacation. The place is even more beautiful than the images show—a perfect location for relaxation. The house has a boat to get around (restaurants and food shopping). Before we came, we thought getting around with a ship would be difficult, but it became the vacation's star and made everything magical. We used it several times each day and had so much fun. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Mattia was excellent and responsive. His dad even came around to show us how to fish. Couldn't have asked for more from a host. Highly recommend 5/5 on all accounts,
