Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sillano Giuncugnano

Nous avons passés 4 jours en famille dans la maison de Rafaella. C'est sa fille, Chiara qui a été en contact avec nous avant, pendant et après notre séjour. Chiara a été extraordinairement gentille et attentionnée. Elle nous a patiemment guidé dans notre périple pour que nous puissions profiter des beautés de la Toscane. Attentive et réactive, Chiara a été bien plus qu'un simple contact, elle a illuminé notre séjour et c'est en grande partie grâce à elle s'il a été si agréable. Les villageois sont charmants et polis et vous pourrez vous dépanner de quelques denrées dans l'épicerie du village (tenue par un cousin de Rafaella) La seule difficulté à laquelle nous avons été confrontée et la barrière de la langue. Mais avec un peu de français un peu d'espagnol, quelques mots d'italien et les gestes, on arrive quand-même à se faire comprendre. La Casa di Bruna est idéalement située pour différentes excursions (Cinq Terres, Pise, La Spezia...etc) Nous vous recommandons cette location. Chris

Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

Questa è la terza volta che siamo da Maria Cristina e Elisa. Sempre perfetto! Questa volta eravamo in 5 ma siamo venuti anche in coppia, soli con il cane, etc. è proprio un Oasis di relax, con buone viste e privacy. Vorremo venire al meno una volta al mese! La casa al interno è bella, ha tutti i dettagli per farla diventare una casa propria.

Alessandro hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und auch Ratschläge gegeben. Er war sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Nachbarn haben uns Früchte geschenkt und Sachen geliehen. Man hat sich sehr schnell eingelebt und wohlgefühlt. Die Klimaanlage war perfekt für die heißen Tage. In dem Haus gab es alles und vor allem die Küche war hervorragend. Wir können dieses Airbnb sehr empfehlen.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Babys in der schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, der Garten wunderschön und großzügig, der Blick sagenhaft und die Ruhe ein Genuss. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und die Kommunikation war während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr schnell und hilfreich - auch bezüglich Tipps für Restaurants oder Ausflugsziele. Wir kommen gerne wieder, herzlichen Dank!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche, in absoluter Ruhe mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön - es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und bietet Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt. Leider konnten wir ihn nur 2x nutzen, aufgrund der Wetterlage. Die Aussicht vom Poolbereich ist traumhaft, Abschalten und Genießen. In der Nähe gibt es gute Restaurants, eine Empfehlung lag in der Wohnung aus. Die Entfernung zum Meer/Städten ist trotz der ruhigen Lage gut.

Een fantastisch verblijf met adembenemende uitzichten welke nooit zullen vervelen. Vanaf deze locatie heb je de mogelijkheid om vele bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken (Bologna, Modena, proeverijen, hikes etc), om vervolgens weer echt ‘thuis’ te komen. Bedankt voor het delen van deze magische plek en de enorme gastvrijheid Paul en Ruth.

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Es war eine tolle schöne Erfahrung und wenn wir wieder nach Lucca reisen würden. Dann wüsste wir sofort wo wir was buchen.

Fijne ruimte in hartje La Spezia, vlakbij station en winkels.

Heerlijke accommodatie met fantastisch uitzicht. Elias en Egle hebben ons goed geholpen met nuttige tips in de omgeving. Ook kwamen ze ons ophalen bij aankomst zodat wij achter ze aan konden rijden en we direct goed zouden rijden, erg gewaardeerd. Absoluut een aanrader!

Aller à Pistoia et profiter d'une magnifique soirée d'été, flâner sur la Piazza del duomo, une glace à la main, en contemplant la cathédrale et le baptistère. Pistoia, la petite Florence, vous invite à prendre le temps de vivre tout en vous dévoilant la beauté de la renaissance Toscane. Dans cette ville, un palais du 16ème siècle abrite un magnifique appartement. Son intérieur, rythmé par les croisées d'ogives rappelant son histoire, vous accueille à bras ouvert après une journée de visite. Les anciens escaliers de service dans la buanderie, rappellent qu'à l'époque, cet endroit était la cuisine de cette noble famille habitant le palais. Ces traces du passé laissent sans problème la place à la modernité et l'aménagement du lieu mêle design et authenticité. À moins d'une heure de Florence, Pise, Lucca, Vinci ou de la mer, Pistoia est sans nul doute extrêmement bien située. Top locatie, met prima voorzieningen. Het uitzicht is prachtig en een dikke plus voor de privé kookles! Niet twijfelen, gewoon boeken.

Our family of 4 had a great stay at Fabrizio’s place. A Short walk from the train station with clear instructions, a fantastic view, and outdoor patio we used all the time. Plenty of space and all the amenities. You can hear the trains, but they didn’t bother us at all. We would definitely stay again!

Un apartamento muy bonito, con unas vistas preciosas y Monia y Francesca fueron muy amables con nosotros. Muy recomendado!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Mirko und Marino war schlichtweg perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist nicht nur wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet, sondern auch ein Ort voller Ruhe und Charme. Was diesen Ort jedoch wirklich besonders macht, sind die Gastgeber selbst: Mirko und Marino sind unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, sie standen uns bei jeder Frage zur Seite und haben uns das Gefühl gegeben, bei Freunden zu sein. Man spürt ihre Leidenschaft und Gastfreundschaft in jedem Detail. Auch ihre zwei Hunde waren sehr ruhig, verspielt und haben das Gesamtbild wunderbar abgerundet. Der Pool, die Natur und die besondere Atmosphäre machen diesen Ort zu einem kleinen Paradies. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, es war eine unvergessliche Erfahrung!

Die Unterkunft von Peter hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen ! Vor allem der Außenbereich mit toller Aussicht zwischen den Apfelbäumen und Traubensträuchern war der Wahnsinn. Zudem war dieser komplett eingezäunt-also ideal für Hundebesitzer. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Der Aufenthalt bei Alessandro und Diego war sehr schön. Es war alles sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet (auch mit Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, etc.), im Bad gab es Shampoo und Duschgel, generell viel Platzangebot,…. Zur Lage: zu Fuß kann man eher nicht viel erreichen, das stört uns aber nicht, da wir immer mit dem Auto unterwegs sind. Supermarkt ist ca 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt, der nächste Strand ca 15-20 min, … Es ist zu erwähnen, dass von 11 Nächten 2-3 Abende (20-23 Uhr vielleicht) Militärübungen auf dem nahegelegenen millitärgelände gemacht worden sind, was schon sehr laut war (Hubschrauber). Ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Ringsum sieht man zahlreiche Hügel, im Garten kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen und durch den tollen Grill und Backofen draußen richtig toll kochen / grillen. We had the most wonderful stay at Olga’s place. We had 6 adults and two children and there was still plenty of space. The house was beautifully appointed and the outdoor space with the view was the perfect place to relax.

Nestled in the mountainside is the Tuscan stay of your dreams. In a villa designed by a renowned architect, you are surrounded by not only incredible views of mountains, valleys and the sea, but also have stunning accommodations. Every detail has been thought of in this home from comfortable living spaces, to luxe fireplaces and high quality beds. We highly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous villa. One of the best parts of the time we spent here, though, was our wonderful host, Letitzia. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic when one of our guests was ill, bringing meals to her while the other guests were out. Additionally, we can't recommend enough joining the dinner sessions they offer for guests throughout the week. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was exactly what you would want from a home cooked meal in Tuscany.

The house was exceptionally clean and located in a great area. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking. I highly recommend staying here if it’s available, and I would definitely return if I get the chance.

Abbiamo passato 3 giorni fantastici nella villa di Daniele, immersa nella tranquillità della campagna toscana. Eravamo in 9 amici e la casa è stata perfetta per il nostro soggiorno: spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. La piscina e la jacuzzi esterne sono state le protagoniste delle nostre giornate di relax, mentre la sauna interna ha aggiunto un tocco speciale alle serate. Gli spazi comuni sono ampi e ben organizzati e il portico esterno è ideale per fare una grigliata. Daniele è stato un host impeccabile: sempre disponibile e attento, ci ha fatto sentire subito benvenuti. Un soggiorno che consigliamo senza esitazioni, perfetto per chi cerca pace, comfort e un bel posto dove condividere momenti con gli amici.

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!
