Basement apartment in granite stone house from 1953. Good atmosphere. Only 20 minutes by foot from train and bus station. Private entrance. New bathroom and small kitchen. Internet and TV. The house is located in quiet surroundings and there are many opportunities for hiking in forests and swimming in the sea. The city center of Fredrikstad and the college, is only 20 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to the free ferry that takes you to the old town or city center. Nice cabin on big, warm and kid friendly plot with sun all day. The cabin is substantially renovated in the later years, with a new kitchen, newer bathroom and bright cozy bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in the main cabin, and an annex sleeps four as well as a private toilet. The cabin has a large veranda with several seating areas. It is of course lovely to be here during the summer, but the cabin is well insulated, with wood burning in addition to a new heat pump. So it's a perfect option for autumn and winter as well.

Welcome to "bua" at Hvalstrand pier facility! Bua is a cozy cabin located at Hvalers perhaps most charming marina. Here it is quiet and peaceful while getting a taste of boating Bua is adjacent to the boat docks to expect to meet people vacationing in their boats. There are on-site swimming facilities with a swimming staircase on the end of the boat dock. The surroundings consist of a lot of nice nature with forest, paths and mountains.
