Holiday rentals with a balcony in Silenen

Thanks so much to Hanspeter and Edith for this stay. We really enjoyed the apartment. It is quiet, comfortable, ideally located, with beautiful views of the river that passes right in front and the mountains around. The kitchen was very well equipped, Hanspeter took the time to light fires for us at the end of the ski day and Edith gave us some very good pool recommendations. We'll be back if possible :-). Thank you!

Very nice and well equipped apartment, which we had already booked for the second time. Has everything, very generous floor plan and great location.

Fantastic apartment in a peaceful location. The place was well equipped and had all the amenities we needed. We particularly enjoyed the sunny balcony looking out over the mountains. The Interhome team were responsive and always helpful. We’ll definitely stay again when next in Wengen.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the train station and around the corner from a convenient Coop. The apartment itself was even nicer than the photos, with beautiful views that we couldn't get enough of. We absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. We felt extremely comfortable here. Very nice apartment, good starting point for excursions, super furnished. If we come back in Meiringen, we will certainly choose this apartment again;) But a little warning: next door is a Coop supermarket (great in itself). The bedroom windows point to the wall and back. There are never any customers, and there is no traffic there, except that every morning before loading a truck makes a large delivery, which was sometimes quite noisy and woke us up.

It's really, really nice!!! But it was a pity that there weren't any outlets!

Great place! Warm, cozy, the view is amazing and you get sun in the morning. The bath was great! 10 minutes walk to the ski lift and you can ski down + 5 mins (downhill) walk to get back. Big Coop in 10 minutes, where you can buy stuff to cook for dinner. Radiators were very convenient to dry ski clothes after a day in slopes. Also adjustable in case you want to lower or raise the temperature. Big living room, but sound insulation isn't great between bedrooms. However if you go to bed/wake up around the same time, this is perfectly fine. Hosts were always helpful, friendly and quick to response when we had questions. The only downside is we didn't get the ski room key (apparently because the owner took it by accident). But it's only one flight of stairs to flat so wasn't that huge of a deal. If you really care about the ski room, make sure to double check before you check in

Incredible location with a unique view of the Lago dOrta. In the spacious garden on comfortable sun loungers, we were able to quickly immerse ourselves in total peace and quiet. The house is spacious - and perfectly furnished. We didn't miss anything while cooking, neither utensils nor spices. We slept wonderfully in very comfortable beds. As an electrosensible being, I was able to pull the Wi-Fi plug, living and sleeping radiation-free, a huge gift. Thank you, Davide, for making us so good that it was cozy even on cool evenings. Finally, I wish all tenants to clean dishes and pots in the cabinets, to the delight of everyone involved.

Lovely cottage, comfortable and cozy. Great location. Too bad the fireplace smoked a lot and therefore not possible to make a fireplace without having eyes stinging...

What an incredible house - we felt very privileged to stay in such a wonderful traditional house. It was huge! The downstairs was modernised as in the photos but the upstairs had remained very traditional, which we loved. There was everything you could need in the kitchen, with a large Coop about 15 mins walk away (we didn’t have a car). The house has incredible views of the mountains - sitting on the balcony of my bedroom drinking coffee in the morning you have a view of the Jungfrau - it’s incredible. The sheer beauty of the whole place was wonderful and I am so happy that we found this house - rather than have to take 3 hotel rooms for our family. Jeanette our host was very helpful and welcoming and sent us a very useful video and was very responsive with questions we had. I would definitely return to this house if we return to Interlaken.

This is my second time staying with Wendy and it definitely won’t be my last! Wendy is a wonderful host, bubbly, friendly and responsive. The room is clean and cosy, with a stunning view, exactly like the pictures. The area has a few lovely restaurants, a bakery, a bar and connections to all of the popular Lake Como towns for day trips. I really cannot fault Wendy’s place. I can’t wait to come back next year!!

Very nice stay in the typical chalet. True to the description: comfortable and very well-equipped. It feels like home. Quality bedding. Nice environment, beautiful views of the village and the valley. Access to the lifts by the shuttle at the foot of the chalet (80 m) very convenient. Sometimes it's full, you can walk down. A memorable stay We recommend it.
