Great Everything you need is there

The apartment was very tastefully decorated, and it was not only nicely designed but also very well thought out in the room layout and furnishings. The wide living room sofa was inviting to rest and even great for a nap. The bedroom is small but sufficient, the bed is comfortable. I was able to store everything well in the closet. The kitchen is well equipped, it really has everything you need for cooking. Only one larger pan was missing. The bathroom was super clean and a place to relax and feel at ease. Since I am over 70 years old and visited a much older friend in Gera, it was important to me that the apartment is at ground level. The parking situation is good during the day, in the evening you will not always find a parking space close to the apartment, but have to switch to side streets. I was irritated at the beginning that you didn't have an unobstructed view outside. This is due to the location in the city.

We can only recommend the property. A magnificent roof terrace with a wide view, the beautiful garden. Then everything is super clean and super equipped. Zeitz is also absolutely worth a visit!

We felt very comfortable in Florian's quiet, tastefully furnished apartment. Communication was quick, friendly, and smooth from start to finish. The beds are great, as are the amenities. A colorful fruit plate was ready to welcome you. We would come back. Thanks!
