Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. The farmhouse is located in the sunny hamlet of Mont, which is part of the municipality of Vals. You can get here via a 3 km long dirt road from Lunschania, about 5 km before Vals.

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

Welcome in our lovely flat inside a 18th century Castle. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

Casa Mundaun

Casa Mundaun is a 3.5 room attic apartment with a total of 83 m2 of living space. In the alpine chick, the sunny location, the Swedish stove and the gallery are just a few of the many highlights. In the vicinity are the holiday destination Flims, Laax, Falera, Brigels and Upper Taxes.

The Dutjen vacation home, affectionately called “Hüttli” by us, was once a Walser stable and is located in Under Dutjen, above Valendas GR. Today it is our private vacation home. It is the ideal place to relax in peace.
