Monthly Rentals in Signal Hill

The perfect setup for my needs: the location was just a 3-minute drive & a 10-minute walk up the hill to my cousin's house and the place offered everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. Mark has thought of every fine detail, down to the toothpicks :) Really well done... great host. Just two suggestions for Mark: Keyless Combination Door Lock and a slightly wider parking garage if possible.

Annelise's place was exactly as described-the photos were accurate. It was spotless, roomy and comfortable. The interior design is beautiful and relaxing. Plenty of light and fresh air from many windows throughout. Everything you need to get started is provided and markets/gas are nearby. She is a pleasant Host and quick to respond if you need her. We will definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed here for just over a month while settling into my new job, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hosts are truly amazing—super responsive and incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home from the start. The location is fantastic, with food spots, laundry, and grocery shopping all within walking distance. The access is convenient, and the area is very private, which I appreciated. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place!
