Monthly Rentals in Signa

Communication with Marco in advance of our arrival was excellent, which made it easy for us to agree on a schedule. We had a lovely stay at Marco's apartment in Signa for 2 nights. The hosting was very warm and Marco was a thoughtful host. The apartment is spacious, modern, and extremely clean. It is perfectly located, just 2 minutes walk from the train station, which allowed us to reach Florence in just 20 minutes. We really enjoyed the tranquility of the neighborhood while being close to amenities. Plus, bonus point: you can park your vehicle in the secure courtyard. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to visit Florence!

We had an amazing stay at this private villa. The beautiful garden made the whole place feel like a little paradise. It was incredibly quiet and cozy, perfect for relaxing. The hosts were very welcoming and always ready to help. Highly recommend!

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, clean and has an excellent location close to the train station. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to park the vehicle. Albis was very responsive and friendly. Always responded quickly. It was an exceptional stay.

Mario, Sabrina's son, met us at the front door and was extremely helpful and communicative during our stay. He did a great job of making sure we had all the information we needed regarding the apartment. The flat was very spacious and a good value for the size. It was clean and well appointed. The building was secure and very close to the train station (1 minute walk to the platform). We utilized the train daily so this was important to us. There is a great pizzeria across the street, a coffee shop on the corner and a gelateria behind the hotel close by. We had a great time exploring Firenze and Tuscany from Sabrina's!
