It is close to the city center, the sea has 5 km,the ponds have 3 km,the African reserve, the Spanish border has 1 hour (motorway), the city of Carcassonne has 1 hour (motorway), and the Cathar castles! You will appreciate it for its spacious rooms, its brightness , its barbecue/terrace area and its garage with automatic door ( fully equipped: oven, washing machine,tumble dryer ) it is perfect for couples, solo travelers and families.

No smoking! :( A cozy one-bedroom apartment for 1 or 2 people maximum. Adjoining our house, it has a separate entrance. The terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors. The town center is within walking distance (numerous local shops). Hiking trails are nearby. The sea is a 40-minute walk, 20 minutes by mountain bike (on gravel paths), or 5 minutes by car. There are sports facilities nearby. Don't hesitate to air out the apartment. A breeze is more effective than air conditioning :)
