The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Composé d'une kitchenette avec micro ondes, réfrigérateur/congel, plaque, four Une chambre avec lit king size 180 x200, une TV et une commode. Salle de bain avec douche, WC et machine à laver. Un salon lumineux équipé d'une TV ,WIFI et table d'appoint pour le coin repas. Un canapé lit 140x190 cm offrant un couchage confortable supplémentaire pour 2 personnes. Linge de lit et serviettes de toilette fournis.

Nach einem aktivem Tag bietet das Haus die Möglichkeit in der Sauna oder im Whirlpool zu entspannen oder auf der großen Couch neben dem Kamin zu relaxen und den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.

Bienvenus aux Hauts de la Grange. Cette maison est dédié au séjours CALMES et tranquilles. Les événements bruyants, la musique forte et les fêtes n'y sont pas possibles. Ce lieu a tout pour vous séduire: murs en pierre, vue imprenable sur la vallée et calme hors pairs. Deux terrasses vous accueillent dont une avec un jaccuzi à débordement privatif extérieur. Vous accéderez également à un sauna infra rouge intérieur. LA PISCINE PRIVATIVE est chauffée et accessible DE MAI A SEPTEMBRE.

The garden house is an ideal house for families with children who can safely climb stairs. Our property is set at the edge of the village in a lovely location. There is a lot to explore in our immediate surroundings: lakes, rocks, castles, museums, a lot of history such as the Maginot Line and Bitche Fortress. The advantages of our location: Great nature in the area, our large property with plenty of space to rest, swing, play, grill, sit, lie down. We have had a heat pump since October.

Venez vous ressourcer dans notre cabane perchée (non accessible aux personnes à mobilités réduites, échelle de meunier) avec vue sur nos chèvres miniatures, nos minis ânes, nos minis poneys, notre cochon, déconnection totale mais avec très bonne couverture réseau (au cas où) 😀. Vous pourrez profiter d’un véritable SPA sur la terrasse de la cabane. ⚠️ La cabane n’est pas adaptée aux enfants en bas âge. À 20 min de Strasbourg, 15 min de Haguenau, 10 min de l’Allemagne.
