The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, washing machine, glass-ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and kitchenware. The apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi (fibre), air conditioning (hot and cold) and a Smart TV. Once in the city, you can rent bicycles. We will be happy to explain the rental process on the day of your arrival. The entire apartment is rented. There is nothing shared. Check-in is available from the first day you booked after 3:00 p.m., but in case it was necessary, I could greet you earlier and leave your bags in the apartment, while cleaning is done, starting at 12:00 pm, at no additional cost so that they can enjoy the city. Check-out is at 11:00 am on the last day of your booking. Subject to availability, we can offer a late check-out completely free of charge. This house meets the requirements required by Decree 28/2016 of February 2 and other regulations applicable to the exercise of this tourist activity, regarding dimensions, furniture, equipment and services.
