Dispone de aire acondicionado (frío/calor) y conexión WiFi gratuita de alta velocidad. Cuenta con 1 dormitorio doble con cama matrimonial y Smart TV de pantalla plana. El salón-comedor, dispone de un sofá-cama doble muy cómodo; así como de una segunda Smart TV de pantalla plana. La cocina está abierta al salón, y dispone de todos los utensilios necesarios para almacenar y preparar comida. Cuenta con nevera, congelador, vitrocerámica, microondas con grill, cafetera de cápsulas, kettle, tostadora; así como de una completa vajilla con menaje, platos y cubiertos. El salón y el dormitorio disponen de un balcón con vistas a una tranquila plaza peatonal del centro de la ciudad. El apartamento tiene un amplio baño con ducha, secador y amenities de higiene personal; así como de lavadora con función de secadora para lavar tu ropa en cualquier época del año de forma cómoda y rápida. Cada huésped dispone de su propio apartamento, de acceso y uso privado. Con el fin de mantener su privacidad, los apartamentos no disponen de cámaras, ni sistemas de grabación.
