Please inform yourself on the internet about the level of the lake, the amount of water changes, even in summer. The tranquility invites you to experience pure nature. Your studio stands out for itself, only an internal staircase we share. The whole environment is a dream for hiking, marveling at heaven, and dreaming.

Design chalet with lake view, sauna, fireplace & pool

Nestled in nature, in an idyllic forest edge location with breathtaking lake views, this chalet allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

Unsere gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung eignet sich perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten. Die Wohnung bietet Ihnen einen Rückzugsort mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre, eigenem Bad, eingerichteter Küche und TV, sowie einen großzügigen Schlaf/Wohnbereich. Die Gesundheit unserer Gäste ist uns wichtig! Wir legen sehr viel Wert auf die Reinigung und Sauberkeit unserer Ferienwohnung. Falls du hierzu Fragen haben solltest schreib uns einfach.

The bathrooms are renovated, and the living room has also received a new furnishings. If you want, you can relax in a cozy house on the lake. Access to the house is accessible by stairs. The house is located between the towns of Meschede and Eslohe, directly on the Hennesee, with many tourist attractions and possibilities in the area. In the winter months you can ski in Bödefeld or Winterberg and in summer cycling, swimming, hiking, etc.

'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

Walnut cottage on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.

Vacation at the "Schwarzer See" with fantastic views

Dear guests, our apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. We extensively renovated it over the past year. We have renewed the entire bathroom ceramics and refurnished the other rooms except the kitchen. It consists of a bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. It can accommodate 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults.
