Landhaus Marie

The Marie country house is much more than just a place to stay. You have an entire house just for you. Here is a place to feel good, to switch off, to come to rest. No noise pollution, no real car traffic, but nights when it still gets dark. New: The property is now completely fenced. The nearest supermarket (Demmin) is 15 minutes away by car. For the essentials, there is an old "Konsum" [consumer cooperative] in the neighboring village. Having a car here is seen as an advantage.

A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

Pure nature at the edge of the forest with a sauna and wood-burning stove

Welcome to the holiday idyll on the edge of the forest. The property is located on our property, surrounded by the unique nature of Mecklenburg Switzerland. Nestled in the hilly landscape, you will find pure relaxation here. The building complex consists of a large sleeping and living yurt and a cottage in which the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with warm water are located. Enjoy the moments in the sauna, by the pond, by the campfire, in the hammock or in the flower garden.

Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The country house on the Achtwasser is a real luxury vacation home: The exclusive thatched half-timbered house in ecological clay construction with idyllic water views is located in the middle of the Usedom Nature Park. The interior shows attention to detail and is not only cozy, but also comfortable and practical. The house is ideal for groups of up to 12 people and families with children. On the property, there is also a large sauna for up to 8 people with great garden views.

Forest villa – holiday home on the Baltic Sea for 9 people

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

Your lake house

Enjoy a quiet, relaxing break on your own lake property. You will stay in a beautiful vacation home with lake view and direct access to Lake Lübbesee, including a private jetty. It has three bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. In the living room is a fireplace, for a cozy time on colder days. You have the choice between three terraces to enjoy the lake in the best possible way and a kayak to make excursions. Have fun in your lake house!

Hof 56: Relax under old linden trees

Welcome to the tranquil village of Wietstock. The apartment is located in an elaborately renovated brick house on our extensive courtyard with old trees. It has a separate entrance and two gardens with beautiful seating areas. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or for working at any time of the year. A perfect starting point for hiking and biking in the nearby area or for excursions towards Usedom.

Great recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernized. A mix of modern and country house charm make this a great vacation experience. All around is a nature reserve of European rank: the Peenetal - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bike rides or boat tours on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And the best part: Usedom Island is about 30 minutes by car. Summer, sun and beach :)

Enjoy the view of the orchard while relaxing in the sunny south side of the house. Welcome to our lovingly renovated dacha in Wolfshagen (Uckerland) – nestled in a classic East German dacha estate and, at the same time, in a historic setting, with access to the English-style landscaped garden designed by Lenné. In just about 150 metres, you'll be at Haussee Lake – which has a really lovely spot for swimming. Perfect for bike rides and hiking tours starting right from the property.
