Beachfront holiday rental in Side

Besides the noise coming from the bars downstairs and the wifi had bad connection, everything else was great. Clean cozy apartment with a beautiful view. I ll consider to stay here again

I really liked the apartment, it was clean and cozy) the most important thing for me was a quiet place to relax, despite the fact that there are many hotels nearby, this did not interfere with my vacation. Ramazan Bey is a friendly, caring person and focused on solving problems. Overall, we were happy with our trip. The house's location is quite close to the sea from an easy walkway. There is a sunny area on the beach for the location of the site. There is no lounge chair, we brought our folding director chair, it was no problem for us. The shower spiral was torn, and Mr. Ramadan took care of it right away and delivered a new one. Hot water is solar powered, there was always little pressure in the shower. Close to the house, Migros and many local grocery stores, you can easily get your needs. The beach and sand are quite nice, we preferred this side especially for kids. We saw a lot of plastic pollution in the sea this year for a few days, after a while it went down and disappeared. I hope the sea always stays beautiful.

A 24-hour front desk and a comfortable stay in the center of the city. I will definitely stay again.

Loved our stay, fantastic location within the walled city. Restaurant and shops are steps away and yet quiet and peaceful at night. The garden in the back of the property is a special place. Very kind and hospitable, breakfast was fantastic as well with fresh baked goods and freeze squeezed orange juice. Would stay again. Cheers

Ali is a great host, friendly and communicative you should always reach out to him he will make your life easy. The place is huge with a lot of bathrooms. The pool and the garden are a fantastic feature I was there with 8 friends and we had a huge barbecue and spent the days swimming. It’s a bit of a distance to the town centre but it’s a walking distance to the house of Legends which is a humongous shopping area that’s full of restaurants and shops and other activities. The beach is a short ride and you’ll be very close to the main street where it’s easy to find taxis. Supermarket is a minute walk and there’s a very nice cafe and bar 50 meters away, there’s also take way places that deliver pizza and local food. Arriving to the place could be tricky as taxis will always take you to street 116 instead of 118 so make sure you have your maps opened and use Yeldiz supermarket as your land mark.

That's a perfect place to go for vacation with a big family. Supermarket is 2 mins by feet. Sandy beach is 8 mins by feet. You can rent a car in the next house. The apartment is very big, nice and clean with all necessary kitchen equipment to feed a big family. We were very happy to live there!

We had the chance to stay for about 3 weeks. The kitchen utensils were just as useful as in the photos. You can easily get in and out of the pool in the middle of the compound, but there is a 10-minute walk for the sea. The beach is also very beautiful and the sea is spotless. We easily contacted the host and the person on duty and got a quick response. Thank you for everything. If you want to have a nice calm holiday, you can choose.☺️

Mr. Murat was very caring and foreseeable. Although the houses are old houses, they are very clean and well-maintained. Even the detergents were considered, we had all our needs. We felt at home during our 2 week stay. Every question we had was very quick and solution-oriented responses. We will sure come to visit again. 👍🏻🫶🏻

Perfect location in cripples. Perfect bathroom, and great renovation. It can be noisy on the weekends but not much. The ground floor is humid in the house, but if you open the windows, it will be perfect.

The host is a very responsive person. No problematic and compliant, allowed to check in early. Great family apartment, quiet and peaceful, without disturbance from neighbors and vacationing tourists. The feeling of home comfort. Not ultra modern but very comfortable at the same time. Comfortable quality beds, and everything you need for home comfort. Nearby is an old market, children's playgrounds, if with children. Definitely recommend it! We will definitely come back on occasion

This apartment was the perfect find for our family vacation! Nestled in a quiet area yet just a short walk from the old city and a lovely park, the location couldn't be better. We loved being within walking distance to numerous restaurants and public transport options, making exploration easy. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations - spotlessly clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious for our family of four. All kitchen appliances worked flawlessly, and the smart TV with Netflix and other streaming services was a lifesaver for our child after long days of sightseeing. I'd highly recommend this place for families with kids - it has everything you need for a comfortable stay while being perfectly positioned for exploring the city. Berat was exceptionally proactive and responsive, making our stay completely stress-free :-)

Very lovely 2+1 apartment in a green, quiet place, just 5 minuts slow walk from the beach, surrounded by nice cafes, pubs and restaurants for any budget. Satellite TV, fast internet, everything you'd need for comfortable stay, balcony into a green garden. Very nice and very helpful host Osman was always there to help with any questions. I would strongly recommend this place both for solo travellers and families wishing to spend nice holidays at a sea.

The view is super nice, 5 mins walk to the old city and the bay of Rome! Very convenient!
