Beachfront holiday rental in Antalya

We stayed at Huma’s spacious and incredibly comfortable home for our annual family get together, and it was absolutely perfect. Our group of 7 had more than enough room, and it was so much better than being spread out in hotel rooms or other moldy villas in the area. We loved gathering by the pool to relax and celebrate—so much nicer than a crowded hotel and some other villa’s in Kalkan that we had stayed in previous years. One of the highlights was spending a fun day with everyone on the rooftop deck, all enjoying the amazing outdoor kitchen and spectacular 360 degree views.. The setting was peaceful and relaxing. Yet easily walkable to the many beach clubs, markets and waterfront restaurants nearby. Huma communicated often and provided clear, helpful instructions throughout our stay. Her home was the ideal place for this special occasion—we couldn't have asked for a better experience! A five star experience all the way.

This apartment has exceeded my expectations. 400 m to the best beach in Kemer (Sandy+a little bit of stones), this beach is the most beautiful in whole Kemer. The flat was clean and had a lot, a lot of kitchen utensils and home goods, so I felt like at home! The wifi is strong, the furniture is brand new, carpets are clean, all is clean. I was a superhost myself in Vienna, and this place is better equipped with utensils and amenities than mine! The apartment door goes direct into a beautiful courtyard, and it feels very, very safe, because there is a door guard at the entrance to the apartment courtyard. At the same time, we had a lot of privacy. Bus stop to town and Antalya just 100m away. Lastly, no matter how good, well-located and clean any place could be, if the host isn’t available or friendly, it can ruin everything. But Berkem was very responsive, he answered every need (extra blankets etc) very quickly. So far I personally think it is the best private apartment to stay in Kem

Of course, here is the more organized and fluent version: --- I have stayed in Kaş many times before, but this is the first time I have chosen this area and frankly, I am much more satisfied. You can reach the center in a short time, such as 5-10 minutes by car; in this way, you can easily visit the center and stay in a peaceful location away from the crowd. Having a parking lot is also a great advantage, you don't have to worry about looking for a parking space. Everything you might need in the house has been thought of and the garden is really wonderful. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, I recommend it to everyone with peace of mind.

A peaceful holiday location among orange and lemon groves. Very close to the sea and peaceful place. The hotel owners are friendly and help you immediately with any needs you may have. I would definitely consider going again.

The ideal holiday address for families who love nature, clean, peaceful, calm, the host's attention, smiling face and sincerity are very good.

Everything was very nice. Mr. Alparslan and his family welcomed us very nicely. They were friendly and kind. We, 8 people, stayed very comfortably. Kitchen supplies are abundantly available. Everything was thought of. In the comments made in the past years, it was written that there was one bathroom and toilet. A new arrangement was made, and there were 2. We were very comfortable. It is close to everywhere. If I have the chance, I will go again

It was a very pleasant stay. We had the opportunity to have a holiday in the most beautiful part of Kalkan. Mr. Özer helped in every matter. All kinds of equipment that may be needed in the residence are available. There is a grocery store near the site. At Patara Resort, a minibus departs every 15 minutes from the site stop at the entrance to the pool and beach. The pool and its own beach are clean and beautiful. We dived with snorkel from time to time and enjoyed it very much. There is seawater in the pool. We also had a good time in the pool. If possible, we will prefer to stay here again in the future.

Mr. Erhan and his wife are extremely hospitable, they helped us feel at home, the house was very clean, everything was considered, there were treats in the refrigerator, Mr. Erhan helped us with the entrance and exit of the house, and if we come back, we would prefer the house of Mr. Erhan again, and we recommend the facility and the location to be very nice.

Absolutely beautiful villa to stay at, especially perfect with a group. The sea platform is genuinely heavenly. Only recommendation I have is that the house wasn’t stocked with dishwashing tablets, bin bags, and no additional rolls of toilet paper - it would be great if these things could be included as we had to go and buy them at the market! Definitely wholeheartedly recommend this villa :)

A great apartment with a super view. Modern kitchen and furniture Lots of tableware and appliances. Thanks to Victoria, we felt like we were staying in an apartment of good friends. There are many good restaurants nearby. The beach opposite is nice. There are entrances without stones and not a lot of people.

We had a wonderful time at Sibel and Baris’ beautiful villa. Having been let down by our 1st accommodation provider we booked this property in the morning and were relaxing by the pool in the afternoon of the same day. Sibel and Baris worked so hard to get it all ready for us within a few hours and were so accommodating throughout our time there; very responsive to queries and welcoming, nothing was too much for them. The villa is great with lovely rooms and pool, lots of equipment and utensils and was an ideal place to relax and unwind. Would highly recommend these amazing hosts, this lush villa and a holiday in Turkey❤️! X

We had the most delightful stay at Goenuel's amazing accommodation. The interior was so stylish and comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay a very pleasant one. As we had a car, it was not a problem to be outside of the main town area, we did enjoy exploring many of her restaurant suggestions when we did venture out. Mehmet was very supportive and thoughtful throughout our stay. He organized free airport transfer for us, gave amazing recommendation for boat trip (ask him to share the contact details) and provided a lot of recommendations on local restaurants, places of interest, stores. The house is beautiful and well maintained. It is not child proofed, so with small children you need to be prepared to follow them everywhere. But I assume that it is the same in most villas in the area. The pool is big enough, the water temperature was perfect even for our family members who are always cold 😅 Beautiful beach club with easy access to the sea for children and many water activities is just 3 minutes walk. I highly recommend the villa and Mehmet as a host.

The best stay!!! Villa is magnificent, the view is crazy cool (seating on terrace with wine watching sunsets, Kalkan, rocks and sea - unbelievable!). Villa is clean, amazing view from each room, interior is very authentic in noble Turkish style. The resort around villa is gorgeous (orange trees, rocks, restaurants - amazing!) The supermarket is nearby so you could cook fresh feta salad or order fresh bread and enjoy your breakfast on the terrace. The way to Kalkan is a short beautiful walk! Recommended!

Berkay was a great host ! Always quick to respond to messages and allowed us for early check-in/late check-out which was really helpful due to our flight times . The location of the apartment is brilliant with being just a short walk away from Kalkan old town but not to much in the hustle and bustle of the busy streets.The views from the rooftop terrace where fabulous ,especially at night ! The apartment was clean & spacious with everything you need . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kalkan and will surely be returning here myself. Thank you for a great stay !

If you are looking to stay in the heart of old town around all the bars and restaurants, then this is the place. This suite is amazing and Nurdan is an amazing host. He was very helpful and responsive and available at all times Next time I am visiting Antalya, this is where I am staying

Great spot if you want to be slap bang in the middle of town! We had a late check in but Mustafa was kind enough to wait around for us to make sure we were all checked in okay and told us where it was okay to park our car. His cafe is next door to the property which we enjoyed most mornings! Thank you!!

We were very comfortable during our stay in Kaş, the house was cleaned very thoroughly, everything we might need was thought of. A quiet, calm, peaceful home. Akçagerme beach is within walking distance to swim, there is a nice coastal section for walking. We had a comfortable stay for 3 people. If I ever travel to Kaş again, it will be the first place I'll call. Thank you so much.
