Beachfront holiday rental in Antalya

We stayed at Huma’s spacious and incredibly comfortable home for our annual family get together, and it was absolutely perfect. Our group of 7 had more than enough room, and it was so much better than being spread out in hotel rooms or other moldy villas in the area. We loved gathering by the pool to relax and celebrate—so much nicer than a crowded hotel and some other villa’s in Kalkan that we had stayed in previous years. One of the highlights was spending a fun day with everyone on the rooftop deck, all enjoying the amazing outdoor kitchen and spectacular 360 degree views.. The setting was peaceful and relaxing. Yet easily walkable to the many beach clubs, markets and waterfront restaurants nearby. Huma communicated often and provided clear, helpful instructions throughout our stay. Her home was the ideal place for this special occasion—we couldn't have asked for a better experience! A five star experience all the way.

This apartment has exceeded my expectations. 400 m to the best beach in Kemer (Sandy+a little bit of stones), this beach is the most beautiful in whole Kemer. The flat was clean and had a lot, a lot of kitchen utensils and home goods, so I felt like at home! The wifi is strong, the furniture is brand new, carpets are clean, all is clean. I was a superhost myself in Vienna, and this place is better equipped with utensils and amenities than mine! The apartment door goes direct into a beautiful courtyard, and it feels very, very safe, because there is a door guard at the entrance to the apartment courtyard. At the same time, we had a lot of privacy. Bus stop to town and Antalya just 100m away. Lastly, no matter how good, well-located and clean any place could be, if the host isn’t available or friendly, it can ruin everything. But Berkem was very responsive, he answered every need (extra blankets etc) very quickly. So far I personally think it is the best private apartment to stay in Kem

Elbette, işte daha düzenli ve akıcı hale getirilmiş hali: --- Kaş’ta daha önce birçok kez konakladım, ancak bu bölgesini ilk kez tercih ettim ve açıkçası çok daha memnun kaldım. Araçla merkeze 5-10 dakika gibi kısa bir sürede ulaşabiliyorsunuz; bu sayede hem merkezi kolayca gezebiliyor hem de kalabalıktan uzak, huzurlu bir konumda konaklamış oluyorsunuz. Otoparkın bulunması da büyük bir avantaj, park yeri arama derdiniz olmuyor. Evin içinde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey düşünülmüş ve bahçesi gerçekten harika. Biz konaklamamızın her anından büyük keyif aldık, herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

A peaceful holiday location among orange and lemon groves. Very close to the sea and peaceful place. The hotel owners are friendly and help you immediately with any needs you may have. I would definitely consider going again.

Mükemmel doğa; müstakil barbekülü, salıncaklı, kamelyalı, temiz bungalov; ilgili ev sahibi... Çok memnun kaldık. İyi dinlendik. Teşekkür ederiz.

Demre lokasyonda konaklama için en iyi tercih olabilir.. temizlik ve hijyen konusunda beklemediğim hassasiyet gösterilmiş.. evde ihtiyaç olabilecek herşey mevcut.. konumu gereği sakin ve gezi rotalarına yakın.. tüm gezi planımız evdeki imkanlar sayesinde hiçbir aksaklığa uğramadı.. site formatında olan binanın kullanışlı bir otoparkı var.. Alparslan bey ve ailesine misafirperverlikleri içtenlikleri için müteşekkirim..

Çok keyifli bir konaklamaydı. Kalkan'ın en güzel yerinde tatil yapma fırsatı bulduk. Özer Bey her konuda yardımcı oldu. Konutta ihtiyaç olabilecek her türlü ekipman mevcut. Sitenin yakınında market mevcut. Patara Resort'ta girişteki site durağından havuza ve plaja her 15dk bir minibüs kalkıyor. Havuzu ve kendine ait plajı temiz ve güzel. Zaman zaman snorkel ile dalış yaptık ve çok keyif aldık. Havuzda deniz suyu mevcuttur. Havuzda da güzel vakit geçirdik. İlerde imkan olursa tekrar burada konaklama yapmayı tercih edeceğiz.

Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege bei Erhan Bey für seine Gastfreundschaft/Informatiosbereitsschaft nochmal herzlich bedanken. Die Anlage ist die Perle in Kalkan, wir haben 2 wunderbare Oktoberwochen hier verbracht. Kalkan/Kaș bietet die Ideale Umgebung für eine 2 Wochen Urlaub. Viel Abwechslung wenn man wünscht. Besonders September/Oktober ist die schönste Zeit.

Absolutely beautiful villa to stay at, especially perfect with a group. The sea platform is genuinely heavenly. Only recommendation I have is that the house wasn’t stocked with dishwashing tablets, bin bags, and no additional rolls of toilet paper - it would be great if these things could be included as we had to go and buy them at the market! Definitely wholeheartedly recommend this villa :)

Отличная квартира с супер видом. Современная кухня и мебель. Много посуды и приборов. Благодаря Виктории ощущали себя как будто гостили в квартире хороших друзей. Рядом много хороших ресторанов. Пляж напротив хороший. Есть входы без камней и не очень много народу.

wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment with stunning views over the beach and pool. The location was perfect—peaceful, scenic, and just a short walk from some excellent restaurants. The apartment was clean, modern, and very well equipped. It was a real pleasure to wake up each day to such a lovely view. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend this place

We had a wonderful time at Sibel and Baris’ beautiful villa. Having been let down by our 1st accommodation provider we booked this property in the morning and were relaxing by the pool in the afternoon of the same day. Sibel and Baris worked so hard to get it all ready for us within a few hours and were so accommodating throughout our time there; very responsive to queries and welcoming, nothing was too much for them. The villa is great with lovely rooms and pool, lots of equipment and utensils and was an ideal place to relax and unwind. Would highly recommend these amazing hosts, this lush villa and a holiday in Turkey❤️! X

Konaklamamızdan son derece memnun kaldık. Evin manzarası harikaydı ve temizlik açısından mükemmeldi. Fotoğrafta gördüklerinizden daha güzel bir ev ile karşılaşacağınızı söyleyebilirim. Ev ile ilgilenen yetkililer çok kibarlardı. Tek küçük sorun, ev sahibinin bazı taleplerimize olumlu veya olumsuz geri dönüş yapmamış olmasıydı. Mesajlarımıza yanıt alabilseydik çok memnun olurduk. Yine de genel olarak çok keyif aldık ve bu evi kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz. İleri bir tarihte tekrar gelmeyi isteriz.

Mehmet was very supportive and thoughtful throughout our stay. He organized free airport transfer for us, gave amazing recommendation for boat trip (ask him to share the contact details) and provided a lot of recommendations on local restaurants, places of interest, stores. The house is beautiful and well maintained. It is not child proofed, so with small children you need to be prepared to follow them everywhere. But I assume that it is the same in most villas in the area. The pool is big enough, the water temperature was perfect even for our family members who are always cold 😅 Beautiful beach club with easy access to the sea for children and many water activities is just 3 minutes walk. I highly recommend the villa and Mehmet as a host.

The best stay!!! Villa is magnificent, the view is crazy cool (seating on terrace with wine watching sunsets, Kalkan, rocks and sea - unbelievable!). Villa is clean, amazing view from each room, interior is very authentic in noble Turkish style. The resort around villa is gorgeous (orange trees, rocks, restaurants - amazing!) The supermarket is nearby so you could cook fresh feta salad or order fresh bread and enjoy your breakfast on the terrace. The way to Kalkan is a short beautiful walk! Recommended!

Berkay was a great host ! Always quick to respond to messages and allowed us for early check-in/late check-out which was really helpful due to our flight times . The location of the apartment is brilliant with being just a short walk away from Kalkan old town but not to much in the hustle and bustle of the busy streets.The views from the rooftop terrace where fabulous ,especially at night ! The apartment was clean & spacious with everything you need . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kalkan and will surely be returning here myself. Thank you for a great stay !

If you are looking to stay in the heart of old town around all the bars and restaurants, then this is the place. This suite is amazing and Nurdan is an amazing host. He was very helpful and responsive and available at all times Next time I am visiting Antalya, this is where I am staying

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und komfortabel, 5 geh minuten Strand mit Kostenlosen liegen und Einkaufmöglichkeiten 3-5 gehminuten. Kein Auto nötig. Sehr nette Gastgeber die uns Frische Eier und Trauben vom eigenen Garten geschenkt haben. im Garten liefen Hühner und Katzen. Sehr natur nah und Liebevoll Immer wieder gerne

Sıcak, huzurlu ve güvenilir bir tesis. Ailecek keyifli bir hafta geçirdik. Oğlum verandada oynamaktan çok keyif aldı. İhtiyaç duyduğumuz her şey evde mevcuttu, hiç zorluk çekmedik. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Great spot if you want to be slap bang in the middle of town! We had a late check in but Mustafa was kind enough to wait around for us to make sure we were all checked in okay and told us where it was okay to park our car. His cafe is next door to the property which we enjoyed most mornings! Thank you!!

Kaş konaklamamız boyunca çok rahat ettik, ev temizliği çok detaylıca yapılmıştı, ihtiyacımız olabilecek herşey düşünülmüştü. Sessiz, sakin, huzurlu bir ev. Denize girmek için Akçagerme plajı yürüme mesafesinde, yürüyüş için güzel bir sahil kesimi mevcut. 3 kişi rahat bir konaklama yaptık. Bir daha Kaş seyahatim olursa ilk arayacağım yer olacak. Çok teşekkür ediyorum.
