Fantastic cottage, bigger than expected. A good bed, a very spacious walk-in shower. The garden was amazing. The silence and the sound of the birds will completely calm you down. We really enjoyed it!

Donna’s place is amazing, it has everything and more, she is a wonderful host, she even put up breakfast and a bottle of wine. The place was spotless and modern and more than fully equipped. It was a joy to stay there😀😀😀👍👍👍 well done Donna!

A lovely stay - thank you Alex! After a long drive from Suffolk, I arrived and it was still hot (30 deg) and to find an air con unit in the studio was brilliant. After cooling down I headed over to the pub, The Bees Knees, almost opposite, super friendly, good food. A comfy little gem of a studio, everything you need for a short stay. See you again Alex.

Compact and well designed place to stay above a terraced garden, with views across to the downs. Plenty of wildlife and birds. I heard foxes and owls and saw bats catching moths at twilight.
