Had a great time staying at Marble Villa, Julian who came to greet us was amazing, showing us all the amenities available and explaining everything in detail. The villa it self was complete and clean. They even provided toys for kids to play with, baby cots and also toys to bring to the beach. Plus point is the swimming pool is using salt water so it was great for our kids. Check out was very smooth, Julian came right on time and made sure we were all set before leaving. Overall was a great experience and would definitely come back again. Kudos to Julian!

We stayed for two weeks, host was really responsive with our questions, location was really quiet, villa was great in amazing condition and very brand new. Housekeeping were always available and pool cleaning also. had an amazing time during our stay.

Very nice Airbnb. Maid came everyday and cleaned and replaced the linens. We came for edc so it was really close to the venue. Gated community. If you stay here and use bolt look up Sivana Place. Easiest way to get there takes you to the front gate. Better than trying to use the address.

This was, by far, the BEST Airbnb place we have stayed in ! This is luxury at the N power. Beautiful villa with a nice swimming pool and little details like a built-in speaker system that made us feel like we were in a 10-star hotel. Lots of room in an architectural style that will leave you in awe. We HIGHLY recommend this stay, you’ll love it !! And we will come back, FOR SURE !

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

We were staying 27March-6April, amazing host and stuff, very polite, positive and super helpful. Always in touch, very fast in terms of response and actions in case we needed smth. The house was truly great, very clean and tidy. Pool is quite big with clean water and pool towels. Villa was fully equipped with everything you need to spend your vacation with no fuss, the only thing we were missing is a dishwash machine in the kitchen. There also was a grill area outside the villa. Also I need to mention chef Jason, the food he made was absolutely delicious, you can not only use the predefined menu but select your own dishes and he will cook it for you. The prices were very friendly keeping in mind the level of quality and taste. Surin beach is 10 minutes walk from the villa, all the shops are in walkable distance, pharmacies and some decent cafes as well. So in general great place, definitely worth to come back and stay again. Thank you very much Florian and Cynthia for your hospitality!

One of the best homes I have stayed at, beautiful location overlooking the ocean. A great beach nearby where you can walk to and in a 20 minute drive to the Phuket Old Town. Sukee is a fabulous host, had snacks stocked up and had a curated list of recommendations. Overall a wonderful stay and will recommend to others.

I spent a highly enjoyable 2 weeks at Manuel's property. The location and setting is fantastic and I think the pool has the nicest temperature of any pool I ever swam in. The villa was clean and had everything I needed. The outdoor area is excellent, great for hosting BBQ's, just beware of mosquitoes in the early hours of the evening. Manuel was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Would love to stay again some time

The view is sensational. it's also great being connected to the restaurant as the food and cocktails are first class. if I was to get married again I would get married on the beach, stay at the amazing house and party at the restaurant 😁

Meine Freundin und ich hatten eine fantastische Zeit in Armins Unterkunft in Phuket. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend direkt neben einem wunderschön gepflegten Golfplatz, ideal zum Entspannen. Die Unterkunft war top ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht: ein eigener Pool, voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, Trockner – alles war super sauber und in bestem Zustand. Besonders angenehm war, dass jeden Tag eine Maid vorbeikam und für Ordnung gesorgt hat. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das ganze Haus war sehr gepflegt. Armin ist ein großartiger Gastgeber, extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Mit dem Auto oder einem Roller ist man in wenigen Minuten an vielen schönen Orten in Phuket. Die Lage ist also ideal, wenn man etwas Ruhe möchte, aber trotzdem schnell überall sein will. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Absolute Empfehlung.

Our family (2 adults and one 7 year old) stayed at the Lux villa for 9 nights as our Easter holiday and could not have been happier with the space, the pool and the location of this spectacular place. Much better and bigger than the photos made out. The house is a lovely oasis of calm and quiet. It is super convenient to Bang Tao beach with a slightly longer drive to Banana Beach and Nai Yang beach - which are definitely worth spending 20 minutes in the car to get to. We had a great time and will be definitely be back!

We stayed for a week at Piotr’s villa and had wonderful time. The view of mountains is spectacular. The villa is clean and spacious. Piotr is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

Egbert's place was a dream Airbnb and we are so grateful to have found the place. The Airbnb itself was clean, well-organized, had plenty of amenities and included so much space! The bed was comfortable and the living room was super cozy with the best views! It looked straight out of a magazine. We loved hanging out on the balconies for breakfast and just relaxing before or after our day trips! Communication with Egbert was easy and seamless and the instructions to get to and from the place were easy to understand. As for the location, we couldn't have picked a better spot. It was close to great restaurants, our beach day trips, and shopping. The lot itself was private and quiet! It truly felt like a home away from home and we only wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to travel back to Phuket, and we would most definitely stay here again! As hosts ourselves back in New York, we truly appreciate having a great Airbnb experience on vacation! Leon, the host, was extremely helpful and friendly the whole time. The villa is exactly as it looks on the photos. It was extremely clean, easy to find and enter. It's visible that the place was used quite a bit (i.e. it's not new) but we felt extremely comfortable and it was absolutely worth the price. There is complete privacy and peace. I would definitely recommend this place!

Mark was very accommodating and when the villa we booked had electrical issues, he upgraded us to one of his bigger villas. Highly recommend

Thank you for the most amazing holiday! We stayed at this house for two weeks and honestly, it’s completely underrated, even better than the photos. The staff were incredible: so kind, thoughtful, and wonderful with our children. The house was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and the views across the bay were to die for. We spent our days by the pool, and almost every evening we’d wander down to the beach to eat and watch the most breathtaking sunsets I’ve ever seen. There’s even a great outdoor space if you need to get a bit of work done. They were always on hand with helpful recommendations, and the driver they arranged for us was safe, friendly, and very reasonably priced. Truly a five-star experience from start to finish, we can’t wait to come back!

The villa was the perfect place to stay. Peter was very responsive and flexible. We had a cancelled flight which affected our initial booked days so he shifted the days to suit us without any issues or extra charges. Highly recommend and thank you.
