Beautiful little house with amazing views!

Enjoyed my stay! Jovana organised her dad to pick me up which was very nice of them! Great views, clean and well equipped only thing is like much of budva its up a very steep hill so anyone with reduced mobility would struggle

Jovica and his family's house has an amazing location and an amazing pleasure area. We made the right choice to stay here. It was a wonderful experience to be by the sea. Everything was spotlessly clean and very attentive. Jovica and his family welcomed us very warmly, helped us a lot and made us feel at home. We had rented a car but it was great to have a meat and fish restaurant right behind the house and a restaurant with delicious shellfish just a short walk away! There is also a small market within walking distance of the house for basic needs. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy the sea during the day, the stars at night and the beauty of Kotor Bay. Flat super clean and comfy. Forniture new, able to use the washing machine and soap included. Very much appreciated coffee pods and walnuts cake left by the host 😋 Amazing!

Serenity at it's finest. The use of space 👌, the bay of Kotor was beautiful and the people watching superb. Highly recommend this place. They had a cake, candle and lighter delivered for my wife's birthday. So sweet

Absolutely amazing AirBnB! Beautiful location, easy to find with good direction by some very responisve hosts. We had some additional request and the host was very accomodating. We got to enjoy the barbeque, some lovely local wines and the amazing view. Honestly could not recommend this airbnb enough! It was an amazing experience. And then with such a low price it is an absolute steal!

We really loved our stay in this house. The views over the lake and the mountains are incredible. The house had everything we could have wished for. The hosts were really friendly and welcoming as well. We will definitely return here if we will visit Shkodra again!

Zoran's father, Zdravko, contacted us the day before he arrived. He was extremely hospitable and friendly. He had already made all the notifications before we arrived. When we arrived, he greeted us at the door and introduced the house we were staying in in detail. When we told him that we were on our honeymoon, his wife Tatjana baked a cake for us and even left us drinks. This kindness made us very happy. The house was peaceful and beautiful, as shown in the photos. He had his own pool, a pier where you could swim in the sea, and even a canoe you could use. In addition, details such as bagels and game balls that you can use at sea or in the pool were also considered. The house was quite clean and equipped to meet all our needs. It also had a parking lot. If you are looking for a peaceful, private space, this is the place for you. The sunset and the view were truly breathtaking. We thank Zdravko and Tatjana again! :)

I feel bad for the owner. They have started build a home right in front of the apartment which obstructs a magnificent view. You still have great views to the north and south. A little noisy in the morning with construction. The host was very responsive and gave constant recommendation which were helpful. When getting to apartment make sure you continue up the hill and to bear right. Overall a wonderful location away from congestion.

Just amazing! Finished our week in the beautiful Montenegro with 2 nights at this incredible apartment, the view/setting is STUNNING! The apartment is the perfect location, in a quieter area, gorgeous view of the Bay but great to get to nearby towns such as Perast, Risan or to the Cable Car. Kotor Old Town is about an hour's walk or a 7 minute drive - if you go at the right time..It's more like 15-20 minutes when traffic is bad. There are some fantastic restaurants all within a 10-30 minute walk from the apartment, along the waterfront which are great value. Damir was so helpful, really friendly, extremely responsive and gave some fab recommendations! You don't necessarily need a car but I'd personally recommend one, driving is easy, parking is right outside the apartment and Damir gave very helpful information on parking in Kotor Old Town. There is lots of space within the apartment and all amenities that you need, a bakery and shop within a 7-10 minute walk from the apartment.

Great apartment in quite neighbourhood with a nice view of Kotor - grocery stores, bakery, restaurants and everything you need is 10-15 min away by walk. Branko is very friendly and gives good recommendations of hiking paths etc. Highly recommended ;)

We had a great one-week stay in Ulcinj. The apartment is very nice and the location is great. Nice view to the sea, easy to walk around, peaceful & clean + there was parking space which was useful (we had a rental car). Ali responded quickly and his family were really kind hosts. Thank you! We highly recommend this studio & Ulcinj🙂 PS. Lots of good restaurants, in Terra Promessa we had the best seafood:)

We had such a wonderful time at Alexandra’s! The flat looks directly on the waterfront and is in an absolutely beautiful small town. The apartment is spacious, clean, there is all you need in terms of cooking equipment and the bathroom is well stocked! The flat is only a short walk from the nearest shops, you can swim very very close by, and parking is kindly provided. Crucially, Aleksandra is the perfect host. She and her family were so welcoming, it made this a perfect conclusion to our trip in Montenegro! We wish we could have stayed longer. Many thanks to Alexandra’s mum for the lovely pancakes as we left — they were delicious. A really delightful stay!

We had the most wonderful stay at Nela’s house! The view from the balcony is worth a million dollars, I’d say it’s probably the best view in Perast! Really well situated with boat tours leaving from the doorstop, a little wine bar downstairs & plenty of restaurants to sample nearby. Nela was really attentive and helpful too when arranging taxis and check in. Will be recommending far and wide!

This place is unbelievable and if it's available I would just book it. Balcony view has to be seen to believe. Nice deck to swim from and great host.

Stefan's property is wonderful and has beautiful views of the bay only thing that may be an issue for some is it is not walkable to Kotor as footpaths disappear at some points along the narrow road into Kotor requiring us to get Taxis to get around which was not a bother for us.

Great apartment with a beautiful view! Popular destinations are within easy walking distance, as well as supermarkets and a shopping center. We had a great time in Kotor at this apartment.

We had a nice stay. Luka was very helpful, even when the crazy grumpy didn’t let us to park in the public parking, he offered that he’d come and talk with her. But we found another parking spot, bc we didn’t want any problem with the crazy woman. The apartment was clean, nice location

Nikita’s home was so quaint. We loved the decor so much that my family opted to stay in for a few meals. It was very clean and right in the heart of old town which made it easy to enjoy our days and evenings filled with shopping, site seeing and dining. Such a magical time. We miss Kotor already!
