Holiday rentals with beach access in Shkodra Lake

Amazing location for exploring Kotor old town. Beautiful, spacious flat which is very near the main sea gate entrance in Kotor. There is access to a beach 10 mins away and close to the start of the hike to the fortress. The hosts were very kind in making sure we got there without issues and provided clear instructions on how to get in/to the apartment.

Although we stayed for a time, I felt like I was at home. I woke up with a perfect sunrise. Mr. Sedat responded quickly to all our requests throughout the entire process. Thank you so much for everything

Very beautiful location that is currently still a work in progress. But you can really enjoy the nature here. The road to the place is quite an adventure but you will be rewarded greatly. We also really loved going by boat to the restaurant on the otherside of the water.

Wonderful place to stay to explore Kotor. Communicative and friendly host. Nice and spacious living room. Perfect location within Old Town, private and safe. We only stayed for 3 nights and did not use the kitchen, but it is well equipped and clean. Walkable to everything we wanted to see in Kotor and plenty of boat tours with easy access from Old Town. Highly recommended.

Absolutely perfect location and wonderful home! Excellent communication! Good wifi (not super fast but sufficient) My only note would be regarding the parking. If you don’t have a car, this location is ideal. If you do have a car, parking in front of the apartment can be challenging. It’s very congested and difficult to maneuver in, and if there’s traffic you may be stuck for quite some time. That said, it’s an absolutely darling apartment and the pros far outweigh any small cons

We had a wonderful three night stay at Branislava's appartment. The house is very well kept and the view over the bay from the patio was beautiful. The swimming pool was a great bonus after a hot day of sightseeing. The walk to Kotor is about 1 hour but is all on the flat so well worth doing later in the day.

Very beautiful apartments with a great view. Great location if you want to be close to Kotor, but far enough away from the big tourist crowds. From the house you can go for a walk along the promenade. The owners have taken care of a travel guide and recommendations for what to do and where to eat. I definitely recommend the apartments.

A perfect base for a stay in Kotor! In the heart of Old town with all the buzz and excitement of the cafes and bars, but tucked away so it felt private and safe. Host’s were friendly and helpful, very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The home itself is modern, but effortlessly showcases the charm of the building’s character. Spotlessly clean, with everything you could need. Highly recommend!

We had such an amazing time at Zeljko's house. He is an amazing host, was very reliant and took great care of us. The house is very beautiful and quiet, with a great view and even access to a garden. We couldn't have found a better place in Montenegro.

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

Enjoyed my stay! Jovana organised her dad to pick me up which was very nice of them! Great views, clean and well equipped only thing is like much of budva its up a very steep hill so anyone with reduced mobility would struggle

As other reviews have mentioned, Gasper was a great host! He had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do around Shkoder. We also spoke with his father, who was very helpful and kind. The location was very good and Shkoder itself is very walkable. The apartment was very clean and felt homey. We loved that this Airbnb had unique decorations and history for the family.

We spend three days relaxing in the house. For us it was exactly what we looked for.

The Forest of Fluta is a beautiful and family-friendly place, where you can enjoy the lush greenery and the majestic olive trees that give the area a truly magical atmosphere. Highly recommended

it's a very nice place, large enough for 2 people. It's in the old town but close to bus station. The bedroom has the view of the old city wall and the harbor, which is very nice. the bathroom equipped with wash machine, although has no dryer, the heated towel rack does the job.

Appartement was very nice, very close to the water. and the vieuw outside the window is like a chefs kiss. The host is very nice, friendly and responsive!

Perfect. A little far from Kotor on foot. But we had the car. A little off-road but then it's perfect. The apartment is great. Thank you.

Great location and very comfortable bed. Walking distance to everything in old town. Room was lovely and cool (amazing aircon) and terrace had a beautiful view. We were allowed to check in early and Nikola was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Would stay again!
