I’m so happy we found this place! It was perfect for our needs, location was beautiful- peaceful and relaxing but within walking distance of the shops of restaurants of Margaret River (which were all fabulous! The little garden is particularly stunning with amazing wildlife to see. We loved being able to access the river from the back gate too. This place will hold particular significance for us as we got engaged on this trip! Definitely a place we plan to come back to and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much for a perfect stay!

We stayed for two nights. The rooms are on a large area of land to the back of the house. The owner was very proactive in helping us find the best places to eat etc. The room is basic but very clean and all we needed to have somewhere to lay our heads at night and shower etc. There are a variety of places to eat within walking distance. We found this a good place to base ourselves for Hamelin Bay (15 min drive) and the lighthouse at the south western tip of Australia. Some magnificent beaches. Be sure to check out Grannys pool and the Jetty pools. I would recommend here if you want a good clean place to base yourself to visit places in the area.

Carls place is just adorable and was perfect for our trip. Basically a granny flat attached to the rear of the house with your own outdoor areas in the gorgeous garden, 2 generously sized bedrooms both with queen beds (which is a rare find), a kitchenette, bathroom and living space in pristine condition. Host communication was excellent and guest booklet had a wealth of information with Carls number available should you experience any issues. The ammenities and supplies left for our use shows Carl is dedicated to providing an excellent experience for his guests (the “should you get caught out” basket - was a very cool idea) I would highly recommend Carls place to anyone wanting a peaceful stay within walking distance of the shopping district We had a great time in Margaret River, thank you Carl - we would definitely stay again 😀

Perfect place gor a quiet getaway. close enough to town for lunch, dinner and groceries but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Linda was a very thoughtful host and the studio has everything you could possibly need.

The River Studio is in a great location- very close to the river inlet, lots of walking trails and beaches. Only a short drive to the Main Street. Quiet, peaceful spot with a lovely outlook. Decor is beautiful and modern. The special touches like big fluffy towels, chocolates, real coffee and access to laundry facilities were very much appreciated. Our hosts were warm and welcoming and their local knowledge was great.

Jaime's place is centrally located in the Margaret River region, we were very happy with the space as a whole and it's overall convenience. It's in a neighborhood with nothing to walk to, but that was fine for us because it was quite close to pretty much everything we wanted to go do and see. the bed is extremely comfortable in my opinion, a slightly firm mattress. The bathroom is pretty and has everything you need. The only thing we wish we had was a microwave just because we had some dinner leftovers for lunch and couldn't reheat them.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great, quiet location right near town, well-equipped kitchen, useful storage area for clothes, modern bathroom with a hot and powerful shower. The BBQ was also very useful. Would recommend!

Sandy’s place was amazing! It felt like a retreat. 100% would recommend and if we find ourselves back in Margaret River we will definitely be staying again. Thank you Sandy for an amazing stay!

Our family of 3 had such a wonderful stay in Augusta. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location (has a magnificent view of the Hardy Inlet and is less than 5mins from the town centre). Jo was super responsive and helpful, which made check-in and communication really easy. I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home, and everything was well-stocked and comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Amazing little getaway. We brought our dog Slinky, who got on amazing with Matt and Mayra’s dog brownie. They were kind enough to take care of our dog one morning when we went out to breakfast and let the dogs play. Lovely people and beautiful space. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, walking distance to the beach and local cafes. Quiet neighbourhood. The accommodation has everything you need. Great base for the region. Would highly recommend. Check in was a breeze and the hosts were very helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful and super clean house. The host was incredibly thoughtful, preparing fresh butter, jam, bread, and milk for us upon arrival. The towels and toiletries provided were of excellent quality, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The BBQ grill was amazing and perfect for our dinners. The location was ideal. It was just a 5-10 minute walk to town with all its lovely small-town vibes, yet still close to other attractions like Margaret River. Racheael was so helpful, hospitable, and responsive throughout our stay. We felt very comfortable and truly blessed, and we hope to visit again. Thank you so much! :)

We had sought to rest our minds and restore our spirits on our trip to Margaret River and we found that on Ryan’s farm. The air was so fresh, and the property was cosy. It was very peaceful and comfortable. My daughter was thrilled to meet the sheep and chickens on the farm. The owner’s dog was such a special sweetheart and came over to visit us every evening. Our unit shared a wall with the owner’s place, but for the five days we hardly met and we felt like it was our own space. He was very responsive when we had questions and we appreciated it very much. As mentioned in previous reviews, there are a couple of kangaroos that hang around the farm and they are such a delight. Kitchen was well equipped. We were able to prepare dinner with the induction stove. A washing machine and a dryer machine were in a separate room behind our cottage. Easy to access. At night the sky was filled with stars, which is such a rare treat for city folks like us. Full-hearted recommendation.

Everything we could ask for, such a cosy and nicely decorated home space and enjoyed my stay there with my 2 toddlers :) there are also some sheeps, chickens on the farm. Sandra also gave some chocs for my children! Stella the cute doggy is also very welcoming! Thank you so much for hosting! Cheers

Lovely place, very beautiful garden, comfortable beds, easily accessible with the instructions given. Had everything we needed for our stay. Sarah was very responsive too!
