You will stay in a beautifully appointed, spacious rammed earth cottage with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and sitting room and a terrace. It is recently renovated with amazingly comfortable beds, and is one of 6 cottages on our 350 acre property. The cottages overlook a huge lake, next to beautiful forest and paddocks with sheep and horses. We have a 9 hole golf course and 2 tennis courts that guests can use and many other activities. We are in a rural area, minutes from Margaret River.

Located just out of Margaret River, Ruse Estate is surrounded by rolling hills of vineyards. Situated on a stunning 80 acres the property the perfect place to stay when you want to get away for some quiet adult time. Featuring rolling parklands with a carriage on a beautiful dam setting with a jetty, a beautiful ‘lake’ on the Chapman Brook, natural bushland and a vineyard. This spacious house was built in 2007 by the owners, and nestles comfortably in its bush setting. The house is bright and airy, free from the noise of city life. The house is upside-down! Upstairs contains the main living/dining area, the kitchen, the master bedroom and on-suite bathroom. The views are of the tree tops. Downstairs has two bedrooms, a double and a twin, a bathroom/utility room, and a second living area opening onto the generous balcony with outdoor setting and barbecue.
