We had a great time at this beautifully designed home in Niseko. We loved the space and kept saying we wished it was our house! It was close to a lot of the local ski mountains also and we managed to ski at Annurpuri, which still had some snow in April. We used a lot of the local restaurant recommendations also, which were all great. All in all we had a fab and would definitely book again!

We had such a great time staying here! We felt right at home and the place was so cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked for easy cooking and the shower/tub was fun.

Lovely big house, kind host! Easily fit 6 guests. House has all needed amenities, including many towels. The host very kindly drove us at 5:00 AM to the station when we needed to go to the airport. Would stay again.

Had to book the listing at the last minute due to some issues with my original booking with another listing. Host was very prompt in accepting and replying us on check in details. Very commendable. The listing is a huge house overlooking lake Toya, it is a very nice place. It was also very clean and well stock. 'downtown' is only a 10 mins drive away as well. The only drawback is the shower and toilet is at different levels which might make it inconvenient for people not used to Japanese bathrooms. Regardless, would recommend this to anyone who is looking to experience living in a lake house or need a big space for a large group.

It was a beautiful home, very nicely decorated and host has provided many amenities that made our stay very convenient and pleasant.. even though it was quite cold outside about 9 degrees Celsius (during our period of stay), the house was very comfortable as it was heated by the hot spring and there were heaters on the rooms on the second level.. host was also very helpful and provided us with many recommendations with restaurants and places of interest - the wagyu beef place was really good and we enjoyed it thoroughly.. Highly recommend!

It was fantastic, the host was very nice and attentive, proactively asked if it needed to be picked up at the station, and there were snacks and drinks ready for us, and the recommended restaurants were also delicious! The location is good, it is close to the station, although you need to transfer, but you can go to Sapporo station in three stops; there are also supermarket cosmetics to visit nearby. The indoor space is large and can accommodate many people; it is a general layout of Japanese families to experience the daily life of Japanese people!

Sen-san was quite responsive. Very convenient location and comfortable stay.

Check-in was very smooth - although we had trouble checking in using the tablet, the host reponsded switfly and helped us with that. The unit was very clean and spacious. I enjoyed my stay a lot! I’d recommend this place:)

I really recommend this place! The room is very big for 4 persons, valuable and also very clean. It also just 10-15 mins (by walk) far away from Otaru canal and Sakaimachi street. The host very responsive and give all instructions of the place clearly.

Exactly as described! A comfortable and practical place to stay while visiting Sapporo. It is also a great location - right by a subway stop and easily accessible to all of the tourist attractions. And very close to grocery and convenience stores, and local restaurants. We had a great time! The hosts are very responsive and welcoming. Thank you Hiroyuki and Rei for your great hospitality.

host / owner is nice and friendly, with hand written map and other tour guide for further introducing the surrounding buildings / facility. the location is slightly difficult to find, especially in winter with snow surrounded. but the room is big enough for 1 -2 people living and have washing machine is the most important thing for my trip. thanks again for the hospitality and looking forward to come back very soon☺️☺️

I had an amazing stay at Takuya's place! From the moment I booked, the communication was excellent. Takuya was incredibly responsive, answering all my questions promptly. The accommodation itself was spotless and exactly as described. It had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, and the little touches made it feel like home. Cosy and modern place. With a great Seaview! Too bad most of our days here are snowing so couldn't see much, but is nice when we can see.

In the room as in the pictures, it felt nice overall, except that the comforter in the living room had a lot of no grease stains left behind was a bit of a hindrance, other things were ok, the fridge had simple flavor. No toothbrush provided, no laundry detergent was a little inconvenient😝

This was an amazing stay, with an absolutely incredible view. Being in the middle of Sapporo meant we were just a short walk from Susukino and all the shops and activities there. We walked to Maruyama park one day, which was not too far either, and being so close to a major train station meant navigating to surrounding towns and the airport very easy. Have I mentioned the view? Amazing. The space was enormous, and well worth the price. Overall, I highly recommend staying here while you visit Sapporo.

A lovely little spot only 10 minutes walk to town centre. Helpful to have a car if you are skiing. Great apartment with picture window view of Yotei. Stephanie was very friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend.
