[SALE] Located in Kamikochi | Ideal for families with children | 3 bedrooms | Close to the shopping mall | Matsumoto Castle

[15-minute walk to Matsumoto Castle] [A base for Kamikochi] Matsumoto is a favourite place of ours with roots and memories for both of us. Unlike the city centre, time passes more slowly here. Slow down, enjoy the comfort, and regain the ability to enjoy yourself. We wanted to help you do that, so we created an inn with the theme of "HYGGE". We have designed it so that you can relax and spend time with your loved ones in the hanging chairs in the garden. You can also switch to the swing. Remote work is also comfortable with an adjustable desk and high-speed Wi-Fi. The shopping mall is also within walking distance, making it perfect for long-term stays. It is about an hour's drive to the popular winter resort of Hakuba. Matsumoto is convenient with its many restaurants and supermarkets. 15 minutes by car from GFIS and ISON. You can enjoy powerful images with a projector with a 100-inch screen. There are many places in Matsumoto where delicious spring water flows from the mountains. We have rental bottles available, so please enjoy comparing the water as you stroll around the city. We use environmentally friendly detergents that are considerate of the nature of Matsumoto. Nagano Prefecture is a charming place with many attractions. We recommend a relaxed, leisurely itinerary. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to extend your stay.

Kiso Valley, Nagano Prefecture | A quiet, privately rented accommodation built in 1931

Located in the town next to Narai-juku, Nakasendo's post town, a historic town that has flourished as a region for lacquerware from the Edo period. It was built in 1931 in this town, which has been designated as a Jūdenzensetsu Conserved Area and still has many lacquerware shops. Our house is available for one group per day, without meals, and as a whole house rental. It takes a little time to get around, and there are no supermarkets or convenience stores in this area, but I think that's why this place has a quietness and a casual, simple beauty to everyday life.It would be nice if you could stay like living in this old town, such as reading, walking, local sake (sake, wine), and sleeping slowly. There are no screen doors in this old house in the valley, so in the warmer seasons, wildlife may come in.The 95-year-old building is not polished to a high shine down to the last detail. We are preparing to welcome you as clean as possible, but we would appreciate it if you could come with a big heart. We use the accommodation fees we receive from guests to repair the building, and I would like to start by taking care of this wonderful house for about 20 years so that it can be passed on to the next generation.

Villa in Fujimi, Suwa District
4.99 out of 5 average rating, 99 reviews

8weeks Fujimi: An accommodation where you can have more conversations with your loved ones. One group per day. Long stays welcome. A base for winter stays.

We rent another house in the town where we live. There is no TV, but instead there is a grand piano, picture books, and a forest full of windows. 8weeks Fujimi is a house quietly standing at the foot of Fujimi Panorama Resort. Listen to the babbling of the stream and the refreshing wind of the highland during the day, and gaze at the moonlight with a warm drink in hand at night. An unusual villa with a grand piano interior with a cabin interior creates an unusual, yet familiar space. We moved from the city with our one-year-old daughter in 2020, and we were so fascinated by Fujimi-cho that we decided to move in eight weeks. We had a luxurious time in the abundance of nature, and by the time it was eight weeks, we felt like we would "continue to live in this town".We named it "8 weeks" from the desire to have a "stay here". I have lived in this house with my 6-year-old daughter, so small children can also stay with peace of mind.We are careful not to put anything that is likely to be dropped or bumped, and we also have a variety of picture books, musical instruments, and toys.
