Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Shinjuku Station

Fang’s place was fantastic. Location was so convenient to Shinjuku and its local station is on the line to Harry Potter studios. Fang told us to see the Sakura by the canal and they were fantastic. The apartment had everything needed and very clean and large. We would love to stay again next time in Tokyo!

It’s a great spot for anyone enjoying Tokyo. The sushi restaurant was a real treat. Incredibly clean, very comfortable, and our hosts were super responsive. Would stay again.

Great space, good location - near subway station, close to convenience stores. Ryuji-san was very responsive and helpful…even leaving the light on for us as we got in late. Thanks for the local recommendations. We tried the sushi bar and loved the food! It is clear that a lot of thought has been put into the space. Appreciate the welcome basket and full amenities. Will definitely recommend it!

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

If I have a big group, I prefer staying here than ANYWHERE else. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is. Many Airbnb’s have an art for making the spaces look bigger than it is. This place is awesome! It is so convenient and has many options for eating, drinking, shopping, etc. Jerry is an excellent and attentive host and you can ask him anything and he will try and help you 😊, having an elevator in the bldg is a game changer, no lugging heavy bags up and down 2-3 flights of stairs. A toilet on every floor is so helpful and 2 baths is a luxury. The beds are comfortable and the house is clean. So easy to access. I almost am afraid to leave such a good review because I’ve had a hard time booking this place since the last time. I will always choose this place over any other as long as it’s available 👍🏻❤️

A very good stay! Japanese-style house in a quiet residential area. About 10-minute walk from the subway station, and it's relatively smooth to Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. The landlord speaks very good English, responds promptly, and even recommends us the red wine. The house is clean and tidy. Although it's a bit old, the facilities are very complete. The stairs are very steep, but my 50-year-old mother didn't encounter any problems. The landlord also prepared water and snacks. All in all, it was a pleasant experience! I hope to come again if I have the chance!

We had a fantastic stay here! The apartment was super clean, well-equipped (we really appreciated having a washing machine!), and in an amazing location. It was just a short walk to the Tokyo Skytree from where areas like Asakusa, Akihabara and even Shibuya are easily accessible. The rooftop terrace with a view of the Skytree was a definite highlight — such a great place to unwind in the evening. Getting to the apartment from the airport by train was also super convenient, which made our arrival smooth and easy. Communication with the host was quick, clear, and friendly. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This unit was a great size for Japan, we had 5 adults & a 6 month old baby. The portacot was a great quality one with a good mattress. The unit had great washing facilities with a good size clothes line in the back veranda. Good size, bathroom & kitchen, dining & lounge room as Japanese units are usually very small. We stayed twice on our two week holiday. Good English communication & super helpful & quick response with any comms.

Naka was very hospitable. She was accomodating and friendly. She allowed us to check-in early which was very helpful since we are travelling with a kid.

Great location! It was so fun to have the Shibuya Scramble as our local station! Lots to see, eat, and do nearby, or a great launching point for the whole city. The space was compact but we didn’t have any issues since we just had 2 carry-on luggage and 2 backpacks. We enjoyed the balcony for breakfasts, and it was fun that we could see the famous Shibuya Sky escalators.

Its a lovely place with beautiful tatami mat. Yushi was an amazing host, quick response, great communication and very helpful, even gave us some local recommendations! Great location, nice neighbourhood, lots to do in the local area as well. Amazing view of the skytree feom the rooftop. We loved staying here.

Great location for short stays. Had an iron which is amazing and rare in Japan. A little small for our family of five (8 yo,5 yo, newborn) with luggage but that seems to be very common. The bakery opened very late so we didn’t actually see it open at all. The restaurant attached was 10/10.

Such a cute little spot on a quiet street near some of the most amazing food and the hustle and bustle of Shibuya!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and easy to get around. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again.

Nice area and view from the roof, it’s quite a bit of stairs to get up and it’s narrow so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with luggage. The beds were just a bit uncomfortable but nonetheless it does the job, other than that it’s a nice clean space and i recommend staying here.

Great place and great host. Very large by Tokyo standards and homely. Also very central so easy to get around. Premo was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even sourcing a babysitter at very short notice! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Our family of 7 stayed here. We all loved how clean and spacious it is! Shibuya is a busy place but this airbnb is just a stones throw away. Definitely quiet for a peaceful rest at night! It had everything we need! We loved it!

Very spacious apartment, and great for a family of four. Amazing location with a huge variety of local restaurants to choose from and easy access to metro. Would stay at the Mars Hotel again!

we love our stay at Hitomi's place. It was super easy going in the appartement and with all the great recommandations she provided. We stayed in with a years old and a 5 months, it was super convenient. It's really closed to train's station and a lot of shops and restaurant.

Great host, had some trouble with the lockbox and they came over to help us within 10 minutes. Shin-okubo is a great location to stay in central Tokyo, highly recommended this area. Loved the balcony Would stay again %100

Our family is importing our cat to Japan, and we needed somewhere pet friendly plus for four people. Makoto-san's place was perfect for our needs. We also loved the very soft, warm blankets which kept us cozy during this winter weather. Everything was comfortable, Makoto-san was very kind and responsive. I recommend his place if you also have a furry friend and family needing somewhere clean, cozy, and convenient.
