House holiday rentals in Shinjuku Station

We loved the stay at Masato and Kaori's house. We went for a couple of days and the experience was very Japanese. The family that runs the guest house let us know about Japanese culture and their food. The barbecue was very complete and delicious and they are great chefs. Amazing and very, highly recommended

The site was large, and there were a lot of toys, so it was very fun.The karaoke room was spacious, and the kids sang for a long time.The washing machine was also large, and the dryer was a Kanta, which was helpful.They also had detergent, which I was grateful for.Thank you for everything♪

It was a very beautiful and lovely home, partly because it had just opened.The design of the house, the furniture and appliances, etc., each one was particular, and it was easy to use.There was a table by the pool, and it was great to be able to eat together.Also, the host's response was quick and kind, which was helpful.Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee, but they were flexible.This stay was a wonderful experience.Thank you very much.

Great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the dryer and the wifi and they were very responsive to help us resolve the issues. Train station was about a 5-7 minute walk from the listing so that was very convenient. Overall, great stay. Would recommend for a group of 6 or less, especially if there are couples to share beds.

This place was incredible. Having a FamilyMart 50m away from the house was so fun. Also the area is very walkable.

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

It was a peaceful neighbourhood amongst locals & only a short walk to the train stations & local food on the Ginza strip😍 House is beautiful and clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was so good for us to cook as we have children. Kyoko's place was perfect for our large family. We had our four adult boys with us, and there was plenty of space for everyone in this newer unit. The kitchen and laundry machines were essential for our longer stay. The location is more of a local neighborhood, which we preferred. Easy access to Shinjuku and Shibuya, but the nearby neighborhoods and access to Shimokitazawa was really nice as an alternative to the overpopulated areas. Kyoko had great local recommendations and we felt at home in the markets, izakayas and ramen shops nearby. Thank you so much!

The place is in a great location very close to Nishi Waseda station. The size of the apartment is relatively big for Tokyo and is very comfortable for a longer stay. Lots of restaurants, supermarket and shops nearby. Will definitely stay again!

The room is very clean, the surroundings are very bustling, if you like Korean food, staying here is simply heaven, Jang and Kate are both very nice. Tokyo is really too humid, the duvet is a bit humid, if it can be handled well, it is a perfect place to stay after traveling.

Place was nice and cozy, alright for a group of 4 to stay at. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable, the area was very quiet and residential as well. It is a distance away from the metro though, but otherwise, we were pretty satisfied with this listing.

Besso was a great place to stay at. It was conveniently located and close to a train station for day trips, and with a lot food places around. The team was extremely helpful and accommodating , helping us get our luggage delivered. If you are planning a trip to Tokyo, highly recommend staying here.

Ethan's place was perfect for a group of 6 looking to explore the Tokyo area. It is less than a 10-minute walk from the train station with plenty of great restaurants and stores nearby. I would stay again whenever visiting Tokyo.

If you are looking for the cutest home away from home this is it! Neko neko inn is so cozy and has the most adorable cat decor. Loved the attention to detail and cleanliness of the home. We had a short stay and Ushka accommodated us in every way. The house is on a private peaceful street, very walkable with nice restaurants close by. Train station super close, but also easy for Uber and taxis to find the location. Great translated instructions for all of the appliances in the home, would definitely stay again

The host was amazing!!! Made sure we were well taken care of. The place is cozy and comfortable. Easy walk to the train stations and restaurants. Yawen is extremely friendly. All three convenience stores are a short walk away. The supermarket is close too. Highly recommended. Only tip is don’t rely on Apple Maps for directions. Use Google maps or ask Yawen.

All I can say is WOW! This Airbnb has wonderful reviews for great reason. We really appreciate the step by step guide with photos to assist with locating the home. We began with a great whole body workout to lug our suitcases up the narrow staircase, but the reward at the top was well worth it. The air conditioner worked well in the rooms. The washer and detergent provided was an added bonus; with the current hot temperatures, our clothes dried quickly hanging outside. The complimentary drinks and snacks, responsive host, and quiet neighborhood really made a difference making this home exceptional. Next time we are in Tokyo, we will definitely stay here again!

Our family had a great experience and our host was fantastic. Sunflower was super accommodating, made sure we found the place, and welcomed us after a long journey. The place was well stocked and had everything our family of 4 needed during our week stay. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Maiko's room was used for one night with a friend's family for lessons, as the children's recital was along the Keio Line and took until late at night.😊 It was my first time staying in Sasazuka, but I thought it was a very convenient town with many restaurants, clothing stores, and miscellaneous goods stores in front of the station. There are some trendy shops and some shops that have an old-fashioned atmosphere, and I got the impression that it is a great place to live. The neighborhood near the house is quiet and calm, and I was able to stay as if I lived in this town. Children tend to get excited when they are in an unusual environment, but the house was simple and very beautiful, so I thought it was good to be able to relax before the recital! I had to bring a toothbrush and cosmetics, but I had everything I needed, such as shampoo and towels, so I was able to stay with minimal luggage. It was also helpful that there was a convenience store and supermarket near the house.✨ Thanks😊

Clean and tidy space, with a nice little terrace area upstairs. Plenty of options for sleeping and the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking equipment. Great communication from the host. Thank you very much!

This was the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Amy was super welcoming and responsive. The neighborhood was charming with a FamilyMart close by. The house itself is beautiful with a nice kitchen and comfortable beds. I absolutely loved the huge bathtub!!! Thank you Amy for the wonderful experience 😊

Overall everything is great and good. Clean and spotless furniture and floor , Amenities complete for us using a few days there. Maybe advice about the toilet mat is abit slippery so better dont put that.
