Condo holiday rentals in Shimogyo Ward

We were completely satisfied. The apartment was very clean and the surroundings were quiet. The city center was quickly accessible by bus or 20 minutes walk. We would come back if we ever return to Kyoto.

Il bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio meritano una menzione speciale: a dir poco eccezionale 🤩 La posizione ottimale per raggiungere sia la metro che le varie fermate del bus. La camera era esattamente come le foto mostrate da sito, non esistono dettagli negativi. Voto 10 e lode! Grazie mille, ancora, allo staff per aver contribuito a rendere questi giorni a Kyoto indimenticabili

Awesome place to stay. Very large with a bunch of accommodations. Everything was very well explained and they responded quickly. It is also in a great location.

I thing is that their account got hacked and they keep telling me to input my credit card info. So I think they need to fix that.

Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sehr groß für japanische Verhältnisse. Das Badezimmer ebenfalls. Leider konnte man nicht raus auf den Balkon. Am Empfang wurde leider nicht englisch gesprochen, aber wir wurden dann per Telefon durchgestellt zum Sport Team. Dort hat man uns dann direkt weitergeholfen als es Probleme beim Check in gab. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Standort der Unterkunft. Es sind viele Restaurants in der Umgebung und alles von dort aus erreichbar. Wir buchen gerne wieder dort.

Had a great stay here overall. The check-in counter can be found in Google Maps if you’re confused on its location. Overall check-in process is smooth and the staffs were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless, accurate to the picture shown, and had good amount of amenities with clear instructions given on how to use them. The location was also very strategic, within walking distance to Teramachi-dori, bus stops, train stations, and great restaurants surrounding it.

The place was comfy and walking distance to the Kyoto station. It is a spacious room and its great because you can stay with your pet : ) Highly recommend : )

Very comfortable stay in this spacious and clean apartment! There's a Nespresso machine provided and Netflix access, which are both plus points. Location is quite inconvenient but there's a bus stop within walking distance.

The Nozemi house was a really great experience! The hosts were very kind, easy going, and were responsive. The apartment itself was bigger than expected, and the walk to the JR line / Aeon Mall was shorter than expected (~12 minutes). The only recommendation would be to provide clear instructions for the washer / dryer use, and rice cooker use. Thank you!

다음 여행시도 이용하고 싶을 정도로 아주 만족합니다!! 일단 호스트님에 응답이 정말 빠르시고, 안내가 정확해서 이용이 편했어요! 주택가에 위치하고 있지만 가까운 거리에 편의점, 드라그스토어도 있어서 물 사 먹기 좋았어요! 렌트카를 해서 무료주차가 되는 점이 너무 좋았어요! 추천합니다~!

Well clean, new and quite place. Lin is very helpful and waited us until check in as we landed to Kyoto only late evening. We stayed in upper floor unit (20x), and we have no issue to carry the luggage up thru the side staircase. For those want to avoid, you might consider rent the ground floor unit (10x). Overall very comfortable stay for small family like us (with 3 kids), walking distance to Lawson, Mcd and other restaurant. This place is well connected to many tourist spots where within 20 mins driving - the parking space is essential given parking fees generally is quite high. Will recommend and certainly one of the top list for next visit.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay, with excellent communication throughout. This was the best accommodation of our 10-day trip to Japan.

This is the "cheat" place to explore Kiyomizu Dera and Sannenzaka, just 1 minute from this place. the view are fantastic, the place is sparkling clean, and complete amenities. However, it is located uphill, so if you have large suitcase, its gonna be a cardio workout to push it. Bear in mind that there are no elevator in the unit and the highest floor is 3rd floor Overall it was a pleasant stay, the owner response are also quick. Recommended

The place is centrally located with a lot of dining and site seeing options. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. Satoshi was getting off his shift in the morning but still booked a taxi for us which turned up promptly at the appointed time. Overall, very happy with the property and the service.

Nice place to stay. Although a bit cramped for 4 adults, but still comfortable. Very peaceful and clean. Highly recommended.

Great little apartment which was surprisingly spacious for Japan!

We had a wonderful stay at RESI STAY in Kyoto! The location is super convenient—just a 6–8 minute walk from Kyoto Station, which made it easy to get around the city. Our group (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed comfortably in a clean and well-furnished room with two double beds, and there was enough space for all of us. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. One of the best parts was the luggage storage service—available both before check-in and after check-out, which was really useful for our travel schedule. The area around the apartment is great too—plenty of restaurants, and both 7-Eleven and Family Mart are just a short walk away. It's also well-connected by buses from kyoto station with direct routes to top attractions like Kiyomizu-dera, Nishiki Market, and Yasaka Shrine. Another highlight is Higashi Honganji Temple, just a 3-minute walk away. It's a must-visit—such a calm, peaceful place to explore and appreciate Kyoto.

5 star to everything! the host, the unit, the location, the communication etc. The unit is spacious enough for four adults, it is clean, quite, We found it to be an easy walk to downtown anywhere. The host is very responsive, communicated well before making the check-in process and stay very smoothy. If we could come again to kyoto we will definitely stay May’s unit ! Thank you May!
