Higashiyama Hotel ~ A 100-year-old guest house ~

This is an old-fashioned inn in the center of Kyoto. The building is a 100-year-old Japanese-Western eclectic style building built in the early Showa era. You can spend time with a somewhat nostalgic feeling, leaving a retro look here and there. The washroom, toilet, and bathroom are shared. The room type (Japanese-style room, Western-style room) and the number of rooms offered vary depending on the number of guests. Gion Shijo Station is a 7-minute walk, or a 2-minute walk from the city bus 203 "Gion" stop. Yasaka Shrine is a 1-minute walk. Kodaiji Temple and Kiyomizu Temple are also within walking distance, making it ideal for visiting tourist attractions around Higashiyama. It is also a convenient location for going out to the downtown area of Shijo. There are no meals provided (morning or evening), but there are many coffee shops that offer breakfast and restaurants with Kyoto flavors nearby, so please go out and enjoy the mornings and evenings of Kyoto.
