It took us two years to find this quiet building with an elevator, and then another year of good faith negotiations with the landlord to convince him to buy this building, which is really a Japanese building, and you can directly experience 100% of the daily life of the Japanese people! We thoughtfully decorated more than a dozen rooms in this building into different unique styles. The themes of each room were handmade and painted by us. On average, we can open a new room for an average of more than a month. We opened this guest house in October, 2017. It is the middle of downtown in Kyoto. It is 5 minutes walk from Kawaramachi station(Hankyu line). From Shijo station, it is 10 minutes walk. From Shijo station to Kyoto station is 4 minutes by subway. Our guest house is next to Shin-kyogoku dori, there are many restaurants, souvenir shops, convenient stores, fashion items, 100yen stores.... It is easy to access to Nishiki-ichiba(we called the kitchen of Kyoto, market), Teramachi dori, Gion on foot.
