We stayed here as a small family with our 11-month-old baby, so cleanliness and nearby dining options were our top priorities—and this place definitely delivered. The home was well-maintained with regular cleaning assistance available. There are plenty of popular eateries within walking distance, including Mocambo, Kusum Rolls, Kasturi, Flurys, and 6 Ballygunge, among others. Many tourist spots are also easily accessible from the location. The host made a sincere effort to ensure a comfortable stay. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and while the building has a manual lift, the friendly staff are always available to assist with it. You can also order from Swiggy or Zomato, and the helpful building staff member, Mr. Raju, kindly brings deliveries right to your door. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Very pleased with the stay. staffs were very professional and helpful. Did not bother me at all during my stay. infact iI requested Dipanjan to extend my checkout time by an hour as my train was little late. he agreed on spot and also upon my arrival to nearby locations his staff came to pick me up to ensure there is no much confusion. overall very very good experience and looking forward to visit once again

Subham’s place looks great. His place was very clean and he made sure everything was well managed. He provided all facilities as listed. The rooms had a lot of space, but our favourite part was the living room. He is an incredible host. He even let us keep our bags because we had late flights. He was always very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

We were lucky to find out this gem in Kolkata and stayed here for three nights. A clean spacious & peaceful place at a pocket friendly price ! The hosts ( Soma Mam & her husband ) are welcoming in nature, kind & courteous. The numerous decorative pieces give the place a unique vibe. Hope to stay here again on our next visit to Kolkata !
