Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sherwood

This is a great home for you and friends or family to stay while in Conway, especially if you are visiting Hendrix College. Big open living room with comfortable couches. Nice open kitchen/dining are to enjoy food and beverages. The master bedroom was very comfortable and stylish. The mid century modern theme is prevalent throughout the hope. My kids were happy with their bedrooms. Overall, a very good deal and I highly recommend for your family stay.

We had a great stay. The house was a great space for our family. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved sitting at the big dining table looking out on the back yard and lake.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the communication that we had.

This home was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! We had a total of 4 couples & each one of us definitely recommend. Space and comfort was excellent. Ice maker was great. Location was a plus. I can't say enough of this place. Weather caused a few inconveniences 2 days during our stay, but Crys did a phenomenal job communicating & keeping us updated. We did not get to fully enjoy due to weather so we will be returning soon. We look forward to enjoying the backyard. Thank you so much for sharing this home with us, Crys. You're a fantastic host!

Such a wonderful retreat , if you have business in Little Rock , it’s worth the small drive to stay in such a beautiful peaceful house ! The decorations were so beautiful in this home and everything was very clean ! The beds were Comfy and the linens spotless and so nice to sleep in . Very responsive hosts , and we will Be back if we are ever in this area again !

Perfect stay! Under The Oak house was wonderful. Check in was easy and Ashely was a great host. My family of 4 loved our stay in this beautiful home. We had lots of space and each room was thoughtfully decorated. Everything was so clean and there were so many extras like toiletries and sound machines in each bedroom. We would love to stay here longer in the future!

I loved staying at Andrea and Joseph’s place. It’s about 30 minutes from the business that I had in Jacksonville and that’s why I picked it - to have a bit of serenity. They’ve thought of lots of details and the kitchen is very well equipped. You can easily use Walmart grocery delivery and make all of your meals there! The shower is very nice - it has a great hand held and the water was always hot. The reclining couch hit the spot too, and there were tons of tv watching options. The nearby road is well traveled, but you still get that serene feel as the porch and door are on the back of the house. It was nice to listen to all the frogs. One night I even got a glimpse of Lulu the (elusive) guard cow! A super nice thing was the special treat for my dog - they’re his new bffs. Turn left out of the drive to find some good scenery. I met two funny locals at Lake Barnett. They posed for photos from their self proclaimed best sides - the back!

Host was very attentive and checked on us during the bad storms that hit during our stay. Very clean and cozy, and we appreciated the thought put into the little things someone might need!

We had a quick overnight stay in Little Rock for a meeting early the next morning. We grabbed this place. Becca gave clear instructions on how to get in and where it was. We had no trouble finding the place. It's an upstairs apartment above some local businesses. The place was perfect for my business partner. The kitchen is beautiful, we could definitely use that if we were there longer. The bedrooms and the bathrooms were very nice. We will definitely stay again next time we need an overnight in the Capital. Thanks!

Shawn was very responsive and kind. The place was perfect for us. My 4 year old (and I) especially loved the chickens who visited us! Our dog was thankful for the treats!!! this place was top tier to break up our long road trip :)

Great communication with host, Robby even checked in with me after we arrived to make sure everything was good. We will 100% be staying at this location again. Great get away for the wife and I with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Nice home out of home!

Perfect location, so comfortable, beautifully decorated, amazing amenities. we could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay while visiting family. Danielle was so fast to respond and help with anything we needed. The space was on the 1st floor super easy to access, the parking was simple literally right outside the building access. The building was extremely safe, the location is perfect! So many restaurants and Target, and easy access to the freeways. The only thing to prepare for is there is no laundry soap, no seasonings, no dish washing soap, no paper towels. Shouldn't be a problem if you're there for a night or two. We were there for 8 days so we had to buy a lot of things that we ended up just leaving.

Brooke was an amazing host! She was willing to go above and beyond from the beginning to make sure my stay was easy and smooth. Very accommodating and enthusiastic to give advice on where to go and what to see in Little Rock during my stay. House was very cute, clean and in one of the best neighborhoods with easy access to shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay with Brooke again if coming back through Little Rock.
