My wife and I had a wonderfully stress free stay at The Little Ass Apartment! Michael was a great host, was very responsive and helpful when we contacted him. The place is amazing inside and out. The three miniature donkeys led by Eve Girl and Kobe the horse were a fun part of the experience. The Banrdo had everything we needed and was well appointed. We spent our days running through the small towns from Collinsville to Tishomingo, OK visiting antique stores. Once back at the property we played corn hole (which I won) and cards ( which I did not win!) before spending the rest of our evening staring at the stars while we sat on the swings outside. What a great place to just get away from the big city! One of our favorite weekend getaways. Thank you Michael and family for your hospitality and allowing us to share your beautiful place! Well, the best possible review I could ever give a place is to stay there twice. So, it must say something that this is the fourth time I’ve stayed at this house. The location is great. The amenities are incredible. The communication is easy. I wish all Airbnb properties were this nice and accommodating. Chances are, I’ll be writing a similar review in the future as I fully intend to book this property again – and at the end of the day, that’s the best review I can give. I love it.

Very comfortable and clean small home. We reserved late at night and Becky immediately responded with clear instructions for check in. Comfortable beds and recliners. It was a small home away from home!

We booked this home for my mom's 80th birthday trip to the casino and I wanted a home that was comfortable, roomy, and in a safe location and it was absolutely perfect. The hot tub was super relaxing and hot. Home is so roomy, decorated beautifully, and we were surprised at how convenient it is to everything but still feels private. We would love to come back again.

My family and I absolutely loved this beautifully preserved historic home! The peaceful comfort you feel in this home can't be matched. Our favorite spaces were the front porch & the living area. Definitely recommend to anyone!

This cottage was definitely cozy! So homey and decorated beautifully. RuthAnn has thought of everything. Everything is labeled and it’s so helpful. The beds and pillows are so comfy. We had a relaxing stay and didn’t want to leave!

As you can tell from the pictures this place is beautiful. From before even booking Rachel was so helpful and accommodating. Once we checked in only had a minor issue which was remedied in ONE HOUR. Like from the moment I messaged until it was taken care of. I would 100% book with Rachel again. After having a small talk with her she felt like a close friend. The house is immaculate, she is so attentive. Going as far as to leave snacks and drinks for us, then brining eggs from her personal chickens. Very responsive. If you don’t pick this place you will regret it. Made lots of wonderful memories with family.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What really stood out was the host’s responsiveness—Heather replied to all my messages within minutes. Her quick communication made check-in smooth and helped me feel at ease throughout my stay. The place was nice and clean, very inviting. The host was friendly and personable. When we rented the pontoon boat, he went and docked it for us, then, when we were ready to leave the water, he came back and picked us up. I would stay here again.

Small Escapes was perfect for my stay. It was close to historic Frisco and close to the Dallas North Tollway to travel around. The condo itself was clean and had everything supplied for a week long stay. The building was also well kept and quiet.

Clean, quiet apartment. Has all the basics, plus the host provided a pack-and-play for our baby. Parking & getting to the unit wasn’t ideal but just part of staying in an apartment complex. Overall a fair rate and good place to stay especially since we booked short notice on a holiday weekend. Host was responsive & helpful.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! The view is amazing and the studio unit had everything you could want. The bathroom was huge and had a jetted soaker tub. While we visited during a thunderstorm, I will definitely be back to use the kayaks!! Super friendly hosts would definitely recommend.

Awesome place right next to Tanglewood resort and just within walking distance from Lake Texoma. Would recommend staying here over at the resort, with better accommodations, and better value. Had a little hiccup and the host was quick to fix it. Will plan to book here again next year.

We loved this place. We will definitely be booking again. The design inside is warm and welcoming. We had plenty of space and we never felt we were stepping on each other to get around the house. On a great note, the people who own this also own the apartment next door, so when we have all the kids coming with us it's even a nice option to be able to book out both condos. I believe the other condo is called Deja Blue. This area was so peaceful and you are right by the lake. If you are coming for a lake weekend you can't beat the location. We didn't use the pool, but it was nice to have the option and for it to be so close. If you are looking for your next getaway I would highly recommend this place.
