Monthly Rentals in Sherman

Lynn's bungalow is absolute perfection. From location to furnishings and amenities, we had everything we needed and hoped for. Our stay was extended to three months. Everything was very clean, including kitchen and bathrooms, and there were plenty of cleaning supplies. The laundry and extra kitchen equipment in the basement were easy to find and use. Beds and all other furniture were comfy. Neighborhood was pleasant and quiet, and there was plenty of parking, including the garage. Lynn was always available to answer questions and make recommendations. It felt like she was sharing her family home. Would book again 10/10!

This is our second stay in two months. The home is so conveniently located, and there are at least 3 great restaurants within a few blocks. The master bathroom has two sinks and a very good shower with sliding glass door. There is an ample supply of very nice towels and adequate space to hang them. There is a huge walk-in closet with a good shelf for luggage adjacent to the master bedroom. We appreciated the availability of facial tissue in bedrooms, kitchen, and living room. The kitchen includes a great coffeemaker which can accomodate either ground coffee with a filter or Keurig cups. The toaster and microwave are good, too. The kitchen appliances are spotless. The washer and dryer in the laundry room are terrific, and Tide liquid is available to use when one uses the washer. The team which manages this home are very responsive, answering any questions very quickly. They are a good team!

Beautiful, peaceful location to unwind and relax. Loved listening to the coyotes at night and sitting by the pond watching birds in the evening. Close to a rails to trails conversion so I will bring a bike next time!

The house was a quiet place to stay at and Kim checked in on me to make sure that everything was going well. I would stay there again if I have to travel back to Springfield.
