Holiday houses in Shere

Amazing stay at this location - surreal beach setting and an incredibly spacious and clean house. Comfortably fit 7 of us in separate beds, very clean, local supermarkets, quiet surroundings and a great spot for a rest and recovery.

The house matched the description exactly and had everything we needed.

Maria's place looks just like the pictures. It is located in a decent neighborhood with easy access to the bus station (2 mins) and the subway station (20 mins). You will need to climb some stairs as the flat starts from the 3rd floor. The living room is spacious, beautiful and stylish, and the bedrooms are quiet. We had a great stay in Maria's B&B.

We had a couple of great days at stargazer cottage, great location and great host, very private and views were amazing, the hot tub was a nice touch and can see where the name comes from, would definitely recommend a visit

We were delighted with our stay at the Coach House. As well as being spotlessly clean it was furnished and decorated in a pleasing “ Country Chic” way, which was entirely appropriate. We loved the privacy and leafiness of the surroundings and woke to the sound of the dawn chorus and nothing else! Alison could not have been more helpful, but only came to us when needed. Highly recommended.

Das wichtigste vorweg: wir waren mehr als zufrieden und unsere Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen. Bereits im Vorfeld hatte Claires Assistentin Luisa Kontakt zu mir aufgenommen und erste Tipps gegeben, wie wir am Anreisetag zueinander kommen. Sie erwartete uns dann bereits in der Wohnung, um uns die Besonderheiten der Wohnung zu beschreiben (Heizung, Küche, Terrasse etc.) sowie ein paar Tipps zu geben, wo wir einkaufen können und wie wir schnell ins Zentrum gelangen. Diese Tipps waren Gold wert. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. An einigen Tagen gab es Flugzeuggeräusche, aber sie störten nur morgens und waren hilfreich, um den Tag nicht zu vergeuden. Im weiteren Verlauf hatten wir keinen Kontakt zu Luisa oder Claire, weil wir einfach rundum zufrieden waren. Jederzeit würden wir wieder in dieser schönen Wohnung Quartier beziehen. Harvey’s three-bed flat in Golders Green was perfect for our stay. It’s super spacious, with a lovely garden and outdoor seating—great for the family to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed, so we cooked most nights, though we did treat ourselves to a takeaway one evening! The whole place is specced to a high standard, and the free parking was a huge plus. Harvey was a fantastic host—helpful, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Very good communication with the host, she is proactive and helpful. Apartment is as described, check-in and checkout are very easy.
